viracocha Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 (edited) TOP SECRET According to observations by satellite in area K15 the ship was found. Its type was defined as landing craft LCM-8, meant for transporting equipment and Marines from ship to shore. Area K15 is characterized by increased tension with the attempted coup and overthrow the local dictator. Riots threaten to escalate into a military conflict between the dictator's mercenaries and the community. It is assumed that the arms shipment was taken by the boat. We were able to identify a known smuggler named Boatswain. This photo captures the moment unloading "stingers", which had been hidden in the engine room. The weapons were loaded onto military jeep. On that photo was identified a smuggler named Aryan. A place for landing was very well chosen - flat bottom allowed to come close to the shore and pull down the ramp. Photo "in memory". It and the data on the number and type of ferrying weapons be handed over rebel leaders. PS: The MOC is rather old but still actual... Edited April 13, 2013 by Rufus Indexed Quote
streifen Posted January 14, 2013 Posted January 14, 2013 Great Landing Craft! Brick-built all the way, I see. That ladder, built that way, is something I have never seen before. Even your RPG is made of lego parts! Quote

RedBrick1 Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Beautiful work, really love it. It has a nice polished, yet classic feel to it. Quote
randomoblong Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 This is awesome, i might have to dig out some of my spare bricks and start building something similar soon. Though i'm afraid mine might end up slightly unpure as many of my more militant lego men are excessively armed with kit from brickarms, minifig.cat and brickforge. Love the little blurb with it too. :-D Quote
