MSFC: Freighter over Ice Planet Biodome

Recommended Posts

This is great - especially the building to which the dome is attached. I suppose the containers on the freighter are Modulex? The little wotsits made out of a stud and a tank tread are also pretty clever.

Excellent work, Lt. de Martinet!

Wonderfull entry! Love the attention to detail and the shape of the freighter. Good luck in the contest.

Wow. Beautiful freighter, with those supply packets, which I can't even figure out how they're made. And then there's the biodome itself, with the great fields and awesome snowy surroundings.

How am I supposed to compete with all of these great models?! I was thinking of doing something like this myself, guess I'll have to come up with something else! Your use of the Modulex is great.

So modulex counts as legit Lego?

Yup!

It's made by LEGO ;)

(or was)

Use of modulex... the highest form of legal cheating!

The ship, the terrain, the building, the plants, the little whatsits, even the non-square layout is all very good & clean. The backdrop compliments it well too.
