With so many awesome creations in it. And one was standing out the first time I saw it: "The Batwing". I immediately knew that I needed to build this asap. Even though I just came back out of the dark ages by end of last year and was very fresh to all the building processes, parts and stuff... I thought It can't be that hard with having the model right in front of me on the screen. But it wouldn't be as easy as I thought... I researched all the internet for more pictures / trailers, fortunately there was more released with special scenes and stuff for this Batwing. I did frame by frame analysis and took a whole lot of screenshots, scratching my head how and where to start. I had the best material of one of the turbines, so I just got to work on one of those! But then I was kind of lost... not enough details, not enough shots of the Batwing. And then somebody on Flickr linked me a video to the Lego Movie Videogame. Woah! There was actually a building process you could unlock in there for it. I had to get the game, started gaming until I was able to unlock this plan and rebuild it over and over to see how they did it. And got to the point where I finally started with one of the wings! The Batwing - WIP #003 by Brickmasta at Flickr And the first challenge occured and I knew it would not be that simple / as easy as I hoped. The wing consists of 4 sections. And each section basically just featured 1 connector, making the whole wing completely unstable, bending and nearly breaking apart. That did not look good. So I got to understand that I won't be able to do a 1:1 true copy of it. The physics in the movie and the videogame are just easier / different because there is no real physics So I got to work again and tried and tried and thought and planned... and found a solution! First step was to double and exchange the connections for each section: The Batwing - WIP #004 by Brickmasta at Flickr But that was not quite enough and after some more thinking I had another idea, so I took the shot and gave the second wing a try with new elements in it and a stabilizer under the wing, connecting the sections and holding them together... and it worked out! "The Batwing" is going to be huge...! That is my progress so far. I am now starting to work on the cockpit and will try out the connections from wing to cockpit asap because I have a feeling they also won't hold up that good... each wing weighs around 260gr wich is around 0,6 pounds. That is quite a lot to be held together by slim Lego connectors. Lets see how this will work out then Let me know what you think! Appreciate every comment and input

Yeah i know,the huge Amount of TLBM themed Moc`s might be a bit overwhelming (why is everyone overwhelmed,how about just whelmed...) but isn`t it just great when a single Movie inspires so many creative Minds. Without further ado,here is my Take on the Police Cruisers from the Lego Batman Movie. I got the Idea when someone posted a Screenshot of an Advertisement from Target for the TLBM Sets.This one,to be precise (Image was cropped to remove unnessesary Stuff) TLBM-Police Car-6 I really liked the Car and i thought "Hey,that doesn`t look too hard to make". So i saved this Image and looked through various Trailers and short Spots to get a Glimpse of how the Car looked from Behind and how the Undercarriage was made.Needless to say there weren`t many high Quality Sources so i started to guess here and there. My first Design with the Digital Designer looked pretty okay... Lego 7886 Batman: Harley Quinn's Hammer Truck print variations.

While making texture files for the 2008 Harley Quinn figure, I noticed that there appears to be two distinctly different versions of Harley Quinn from set 7886, one of which that has gone mostly undocumented. One version with black print for the half the chest details, and one with full white printing for the chest details. Can anyone else with the set confirm this? Or am I overlooking something or a page documenting it. Also if you have the 2nd version with the extra white printing, it would help to provide some images for a Bricklink page. -
Well I didn't see anyone else try and fix the bikes in this set when I searched for it, so I thought I might as well try to do it myself. After being disappointed with how blocky the front of the Batcycle was from the 76179 Batman & Selina Kyle Motorcycle Pursuit set (along with how it used a sticker for the headlight instead of trying to make it brick built), I knew I had to find a way to make the Batcycle look a lot more sleeker. Luckily, I stumbled upon this video showcasing their own custom Batcycle MOC and the front was absolutely perfect, I just had to borrow it for my version (along with how the side exhaust pipes were built). Combining that with the bike frame design of the 2014 Ninjago X-1 Ninja Charger instead of using those inaccurate dark bluish grey "Vehicle, Base 2 x 2 x 2/3 Wheel Fork with 2 Arms and Pin Holes" pieces, managed to give me this as the final result when I finished the designs using the Stud.io software. With Catwoman's bike, the same frame was combined with the general design that was used for her bike in the original set except with a brick built headlight over a sticker, horn pieces instead of two wonky looking antenna pieces for handlebars, and reworking the rear entirely to look like the design from the film that featured two baskets on either side of her bike that was used to store her cats at the very end of the movie. Overall, I have to say I'm very happy with how these turned out, and just for comparison's sake, I included a picture of the actual bikes to see how they look side by side. Thanks for looking!

The comics, movies, and LEGO games all acknowledge that Batman keeps kryptonite in the Batcave -- just in case it is ever needed. We used this inspiration to build a kryptonite vault that will be inside of the Batcave. This is an exterior shot of the the Kryptonite Storage Vault located in the Batcave. The vault has a working door and internal locking mechanism. We made sure to line it in lead to keep it away from the prying eyes of Superman. This is an interior shot of the the Kryptonite Storage Vault located in the Batcave. There are multiple rows of kryptonite, some security devices, and a kryptonite spear too.

Hey everyone,I'm very proud and excited to show you my take on the Batmobile from "The Batman".Unlike any other Batmobile to date, this latest version of the iconic ride takes us back to its routes of being a modified car while adding its own twists and incorporating design cues iconic to the long history of Batmobiles.I was very curious to see how this would be used in the film after the initial reveal photos, while I was excited to see it in action, it was its start-up sequence and the car chase scene that truly made me fall in love with the car and make me want to build it.This was an amazing build to work on since it's out of my comfort zone, after 6 months of development and various iterations I feel really happy with the results. My focus as usual was accuracy, so everything you'd want this model to have, it has. Not only that but this has to be one of the most sturdy and stable builds I've done.I'm also happy to say that this will fit any Batman figure you have, whether it has the Type 1,2, or 3 cowls. Here's my take on the Batpod from The Dark Knight trilogy I recently finished my Tumbler and had the urge to build this after watching some reviews of the Hot Toys version. I wasn't going to build it this soon but I made the guns on Stud.io and got really excited so I made the rest.It's heavily inspired by Young Wook Song and Michael on Flickr. I wouldn't say this is 100% minifig scale but it's pretty close and looks really good in most angles in my opinion.Accuracy was a priority as usual, however, that came at the expense of some functionality. Gothic police station with two vintage patrol cars - real world 10217 and 7682 inspired models

This gothic-style building is inspired by 2011 Harry Potter set 10217 - Diagon Alley, specifically the Borgin and Burkes shop. There are also two heavily modified versions of the gangster car from Shanghai Chase set 7682, now being used as identical police cars, while the 1930's officer torso's are from the recent modular police station. This building will serve as my town's 1930's-set police station. It was heavily expanded from it's original form to have a second story and back wall. It also has hinges (like in the old Medieval Market Village - set 10193) to allow for it to open up to 90 degrees to access the detailed inside. The building's design also features a tower, three fireplaces on one chimney flue, and staircase to the upper floor. (Sadly, the attic has no room for any staircase leading to it.) The front half of the building's exterior, with the imposing public entrance based of Borgin and Burkes from the 2011 Diagon Alley set. This model will serve as my police station on my town, and as such has a jail cell, "wanted" board, and two desks in the front half alone. The rear half of the building's exterior, with officer entryway and a roof-mounted bat signal. Why have that, when the model is not set in Gotham City? Because Batman! The back half has the other portion of the jail cell and a weapons storage area for officers Photography equipment is also located on this section for documenting suspects. There is also a breakaway exterior wall section to bust the bad guys out of the cell! "Calling all cars! Calling all cars! Silent alarm at the First National Bank of Legoland, suspected robbery in progress. Bat-signal has been activated. I repeat, Bat-signal has been activated, over!" ...What do you guys think? I went to see The Batman movie last week at the cinema, I loved the movie, but the star for me was the Batmobile, the car has typical muscle car lines from the 70s, but with an extremely exciting and intimidating look, it became my favorite Batmobile. I bought the 76181 set, but I think it's quite different from the original model, so I made a new model from scratch just using spare parts from other MOCs It's 9wide, has enough room to put the Batman minifig and it has custom lights (not lego). It's sturdy and playful, the most fun part for me was building the rear engine. Hi! I made this Challenger using only leftover parts, from other MOCs I did. Since I don't have the Dodge Challenger set, I made my own. Initially, I didn't know what car I wanted to make, so I look at a Joker Minifig and was taught: "I Have to make that smile!" The rest was building with the flow. I made it in 4 hours using only trial and error, using only the parts I had, no instructions or digital building. [MOC] Wayne Manor + Batcave My first LEGO set as a kid was the Alpha-1 Rocket Base. Fast forward 40+ years and I've been building LEGO sets with by two boys for almost a decade. The one constant over the years is that the original sets never last long, but the imagination and creativity to make brand new creations is constantly evolving. Years of building Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, and LEGO City sets resulted in thousands of pieces in multiple storage bins. After repurposing dismantled sets recently, I wanted to try a "My Own Creation" project with my boys that took things to an entirely new level. The love of LEGO, superheroes, and making things together inspired taking on this MOC project. I plan to keep track of this project and share progress, ask questions, and get feedback. PHASE 0 — Planning the Plan There have been many variations on Batman, Wayne Manor, and the Batcave since the character appears in Detective Comics #27 in May 1939. Then add in the 1960s TV show, cartoons, movies, video games, more movies, and stand alone graphic novels. The good news is that there is a lot of source material to reference for this project. The bad news is that there is a lot of nuance and variation across decades of that source material. The original plan for the MOC was just to build out the Batcave, but the scope quickly expanded to include Wayne Manor too. And a quick search of some other MOCs done related to Batman were either too big or too small. The goal was to build something in the middle — and to have some fun doing it. This meant planning out three structures that would need to come together at some point. 1) A multi-level stately Wayne Manor. 2) A multi-level Batcave underneath. 3) A surrounding support structure. PHASE 1 — Construction Begins The top level foundation work involved pinning together multiple Technic, Brick 16 x 16 x 1 1/3 with Holes pieces in green and black. I needed to have enough space for the Wayne Manor structure and some buffering at the back and edges. The result is a MOC that will be 80 studs long and 48 studs wide. This is the beginning of Wayne Manor.

Hello friends, I'm happy to share my neweset creation and first alternate model in 2022. This Chevrolet Corvette C2 Sting Ray Coupe is an alternate build from the official set 42127 Batman Batmobile. With 1227 parts, this model uses more than 90% of the parts from the Batmobile. No other parts or spare parts are required to build this Corvette alternate model. If you own the set 42127, you can completely build this model without any restriction. Visit rebrickable for more content and building instructions. Features & Functions 1:11 scale HoG steering V8 piston engine very detailed interior openable doors on both sides realistic openable hood to reveal engine pop-up headlights controlled by lever automatic lighting of engine through openable hood lighting in the back to simulate brake light/underground light Impressions Headlights & Lighting The iconic pop-up headlights are replicated in this model and controlled by a lever inside the armature, which is easily accessible by fingers through the windshield and doors. By opening the hood, a light is triggered automatically at the highest point to lit up the engine. The light in the rear can be activated with a lever beside the HoG steering to simulate brake light or underground light. Interesting to know The Corvette C2 as the second generation was manufactured from 1962 to 1967. With this model realeased in 2022, you can celebrate the end of production 55 years ago. Only in 1963, the Corvette Coupe was manufactured with splitted rear window and nowadays this Corvette C2 Sting Ray "Split-Window" is very rare and popular. The name Sting Ray is common for the second generation, where the name Stingray was used since the successor Corvette C3. Lego Monkie Kid is crossing over with Batman (Kinda)

So.... There's a new DC comic where a teenager takes on the mantle of The Monkey King, becoming The Monkey Prince. The story, set at least partly in Gotham City, features The King Bull Demon, Shifu Pigsy, Nezha, Red Boy, Princess Iron Fan etc.. I'm cautiously hoping it does well and expands on the Monkie Kid lore, hopefully making The Journey To The West more popular in America and Europe etc, so Lego may release the Monkie Kid sets in more places and continue with further seasons of the show so that season 4/the next special isn't necessarily the end of MK's animated adventures. "Introducing the newest hero in the DCU, the great sage, equal to the heavens, better than his predecessor the legendary Monkey King, even better than the Justice League—and definitely the Teen Titans—(actually, all the heroes combined), everyone put your hands together for…the Monkey Prince! ACE, "The Chemical Place" This was a simple build I created for Rebrick's Best of Batman contest, for the location category. This is my second entry into the contest; my first being the Catmobile. In typical Lego Movie Batman fashion, the un-mopped catwalk is the Red Hood's undoing as he soon finds he's transformed from simple crook into the clown prince of crime himself, the Joker! The build features the infamous origin of the Joker, as based loosely on The Killing Joke. While the front of the build features the memorable open vats of toxic chemicals, a prime example of good safety standards, the exterior features not only a representation of the ACE building itself but also a focus on the result of the Red Hood's slip on the catwalk--his transformation into the Joker. To achieve Joker's reflection in the water, I layered Lego foam mirror pieces from the Modular Line.

I made the 2021 LEGO 76240 Batman Tumbler drive (again) and upgraded the looks to be more real. full remote controlled motorization (drive and steer) independend suspension (front: moving liftarms!) moving front armour plates as in movie retractable roof complete do-over of side armor plates: finaly polygons very close to the movie (not flat as LEGO did it) front gunner seat "hydraulics" finally as in movie winglets fixed on both ends now (no loose parts as from LEGO) Mind the Gap - closed that gap between the rear tires (i think in danish LEGO rhymes on lazy ;) Instructions on rebrickable: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-95123 I already did this with the 2014 version. Actually it was my first LEGO set in years. But I was never really happy with this. There were still too many flaws (as with the 2021 version) This time i wanted it to look more close to the original, finally. So I upgraded the armour and some other details a bit, to fix LEGO's little flaws. This is the LEGO Tumbler Batmobile, I always wanted.

Heart of Ice Batman Animated Series This is the second longer series of creations I’ve made based off an episode from Batman: The Animated Series, the award winning episode “Heart of Ice”. This took significantly longer then Almost Got ‘Im, though that’s totally due to my laziness. Anyways, enjoy the creations that depict the new origins of Mr. Freeze—which we all now can’t live without! 1) Title This is how I will always remember you. Surrounded by winter. Forever young. Forever beautiful. Rest well my love. The monster who took you from me will soon learn that revenge is a dish best served cold... 2) That's Mr. Freeze to You Load those canisters…hurry! Are you done? All set…uhh…ahhh! The Batman! Freeze! That’s Mr. Freeze to you! 3) Nora My God! Yes. It would move me to tears, if I still had tears to shed. 4) Warm Hand to Hold The snow is beautiful, don't you think? Clean, uncompromising... And Cold. Like the swift hand of vengeance. I saw what happened to your wife…I’m sorry. I'm beyond emotions. They've been frozen dead in me. That suit you wear, a result of the coolant? Very good, a detective to the last. I can no longer survive outside a sub-zero environment. Tonight, I mean to pay back the man who ruined my life... our lives. Even if you have to kill everyone in the building to do it? Think of it, Batman. To never again walk on a summer's day with the hot wind in your face and a warm hand to hold. Oh yes, I'd kill for that! 5) Icy Revenge Stop... Please... I beg you! You beg? In my nightmares I see my Nora behind the glass begging to me with frozen eyes. How I've longed to see that look frozen on you! 6) Warm Hand Awaits I failed you. Hi everyone, today here I am to show you my version of the Batpod. When 5004590 was released, everyone was thrilled and tried to replicate one on their own with their parts. However, 5004590 looks just strange when you compare it to the real one. I bought the book The Dark Knight Manual to understand the design more, and research on the Internet for a month, and finally I built a version that I think is closer to the real Batpod. The original Batpod is an escape pod from Batman's Tumbler, and the mechanism is based on the S-shaped axis. Each of the two wheels are connected to the body by one-sided arm only. 5004590 set does not do this while mine follows that design. The shape of the Batpod is also in a reverse V-shaped manner, without any horizontal element. The LEGO set did not do that at all, and my version tries to follow that original profile, with rear part elongated as well to match the proportion. Front view, which shows the asymmetrical design of the wheel axis. The front view has mounted 3 pairs of weapons, with headlights on the sides too. Middle part, which retains some of the details of the original 5004590 set. I like this part the most, which keeps the original design of the Batpod: mudguard between the two pedals. I tried to add some wiring to mimic the original, but it looks too busy and so I ditch it in the end. The whole exercise was started as an MOD, but with my design goals to rebuild the form in the most realistic way, I redid the entire chassis in the end. Looks like an MOC at last! Anyway, there is one technical issue that prevents the front wheel guns from holding permanently, but as a display model, this is perfect already. Thanks for watching!

Hopla ! After 2 years of work, here is finally the monumental underground headquarters of batman : The Batcave Here are photos of the batcave without the light effects I realized that there were several possible interpretations to determine Batcave's style. I decided to go for a rather classic version with a cave atmosphere! The base of the Batcave is on 2 plates of 48x48 but in the end, it is much bigger! It is about 1.70m long and I have added LEDs all over the building. We obviously find in this Batcave, the great classics of the Batman universe, the Batmobiles (different eras), the Bat-computer, the bat-armory, etc... and the supervillains of course! Hi everyone. I'm c-t, I'm new here. I just wanted to share my Tumbler MOC from the Dark Knight movies with you all and get some feedback. I've tried to build one in this scale before and this is by far my best attempt. I'm really happy with how it turned out. Tumbler by CT Briggs, on Flickr I sacrificed a little bit of detail in the angles of the sides for the sake of durability, but I think it looks good while being very stable. Even though the tread isn't super accurate they were the perfect width and diameter for this scale. They're narrow enough that I can put them four across and it doesn't look too disproportionate. [MOD] 76139 1989 Batmobile - Motorized with all functions

Hey folks, another Motorization: all Functions of the 1989 Batmobile (LEGO 76139) RC controlled - yep the Batman again... Without sacrificing any of the nice details: Cockpit is still there, steering wheel works, just all motor driven and I motorized the guns and the roof and even made a tailored sbrick profile. Building instructions: Motorized LEGO 1989 Batmobile on rebrickable Driven by 2 LEGO Power Functions L-Motors (1:1 transmission) steered by a LEGO Power Functions Servo Motor guns engaged/disengaged by Motor roof opened/closed by Motor special Sbrick profile with programmig and grafics included a lot of space for up to 2 battery boxes/control hubs easily reachable under the trunk hatch (details on my rebrickable MOC page) Watch a Review of my motorized 1989 Batmobile on youtube: The Batmobile from Tim Burton's Batman 1989 with Michael Keaton is definitely one of the coolest, it's not as funky as the 1960s TV version and not as tank as the Nolan version but in my opinion it's simply a beaute! The 1989 Batmobile is using over 3,300 pieces, and over 60cm long. I added a few hundred bricks, mainly LEGO Technic and reused some others. So I ended up with over 3500 parts and (batteries included) almost 3.5 kg. That's heavy! So I needed a powerfull drive. I was thinking about the buggy motors but these are large and I wanted to put the batteries into the trunk. So i went for a pair of LEGO Power Functions L-Motors. These are some of the strongest LEGO motors and very small and efficient for their power and speed. The 1989 Batmobile is sleak and lies very deep on the road so it is geometrically impossible to move up any small hills (or even carpets). It will get stuck with its floor height of less then a brick. So it will only drive on a flat surface anyway. So it can be build for speed instead of torque power which the 1:1 transmission of the two L-Motors will do: It's a speed build, literally. One reason to put the batteries into the trunk was, to reach it easily for changing/recharging or simply switching on. Another reason was, to not put them into the beautifull cockpit with its nice self opening windshield - self opening? Yes, now it is motor driven ofcourse. And you hardly see the mechanics on the floor. Okay, the Batman minifigure included is way too small for the car but I found a Batman LEGO LED light, that fits into the car. Just be carefull when closing the cockpit to not get stuck. Slide-open is no problem. The car’s turbine exhaust by the way does not drive the machine guns anymore (it does in the original) because now a motor engages them. So I could make the jet exhaust it look like a real jet engine - the only exterior I changed. To make the two machine guns hidden, under the hood pop up, just press a button now. The Batmobile comes with nice little Bat emblems printed on the wheel rim - try not to lose them while driving, they are rare parts. The set of specially designed tyres for the front wheels is steered in a very specific geometry. I took care to keep that working the exact same way because it works very well for steering. The Build was complicated, took me weeks to get it right. I didnt want to change the exterior and as few as possible from the cockpit. You shouldnt see the opening mechanics. And I wanted to have all the features working, even the steering wheel (though steering is handled by a servo motor now) Every time I thought I got it, something else made problems, untill finally it all worked out. You can skip the trial and error (and breaking old LEGO gears) part: I made instructions and made them easily readable, so you can have it speed build in no time. I believe everyone should be able to build a LEGO set and try to make my instructions like that. Now it's hard to say, which one is the best batmobile motorization I ever made: The Lego 76139 1989 UCS Batmobile has more functions: motor driven MGs and a motor driven roof, the remote controlled motorized Lego 76023 UCS Tumbler I modded however has a full steerable front suspension for the independen wheels. my special Sbrick profile with some automated scripts is included I even made a cable layout for the power functions cables and extentions if you ended down here you may also be interested in or -
I've always thought the concept of Batman keeping memorabilia from past adventures on display in the Batcave interesting - maybe because I like collecting things too. Is it out of character for the Caped Crusader to showcase artifacts from his personal victories over deviant criminals? I suppose it depends on your iteration of the character. In any case, it's always fun to see the Batcave trophies show up in various comics and media. The most renowned trophies, the giant penny and mechanical dinosaur, are ultimately recurring Easter eggs from Batman comics of decades past. In this MOC, I went for a small, simplistic take on the Batcave's most famous trophies, plus some lesser-known additions that I found interesting (or that translated best into Lego). Most of the ones I chose are reference to specific ones from the comics, namely the mechanical dinosaur, the giant wheat penny, the giant joker playing card, Deathstroke's sword, Two-Face's original coin, and the Mad Monk's hood (plus references to the Penguin and Scarecrow). As a bonus, I snuck in my own take on the Whirly-Bat, which uses an inverted arch to make up the helicopter's body. I love how Lego incorporated this goofy Bat-vehicle in Lego Batman 2 and in an official set since then. I've tweaked this MOC a lot over the years and finally decided to share it.
