Newest_Tech320 Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Hi, I went and tried to get custom parts but is using a different version of LDD. It did not show the Lego Company folder in Appdata/Roaming/ So what am I supposed to do? I am using LDD version 4.3.11. Quote
Rustinidiel Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 a lot of people are usign this version... because the 4.3.12 is bugged... anyway, you must set the "ghost folders" to be shown, as written into the instructions Quote

SylvainLS Posted November 25, 2020 Posted November 25, 2020 (edited) I think (I’m not a Windows user) that the path depends on Windows’ version. On my Wine, it’s in “C:/users/ME/Application Data.” There’s also a “Local Settings” directory that some applications use (I believe it’s a link to AppData/something on a real Windows). Anyway, it’s MS (pronounced “a mess”), so look for a “Lego Company” folder in your user directory, somewhere. Oh, by the way, the directory doesn’t exist until you start LDD at least once. M2m Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 You need to enable "show hidden folders" in a default windows install. Otherwise its not shown. On my Win10 the folder is: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\LEGO Company\LEGO Digital Designer Quote
