Chromeknight Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 Some might remember I asked for help with converting Cyril J Freezer’s Minories plan into L-gauge form. I completed it and displayed it this weekend at Sydney Brick Show. Picture is a link to WIP shots and more display pictures. It was well received, but more importantly was lots of fun to operate. Shuffling trains out of the station and around the loop in the layout behind before coming back in stayed interesting all weekend. Thanks for looking! Quote
dylanfarrow Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 It was fantastic! Throughly enjoyed your display - Thanks for bringing it along. Nephew liked it too Quote

jimmynick Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 That's a gorgeous station building - I love the iron-and-glass canopy. Great work! Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 Ultra detailed train layout ...the large station is a piece of art and the signal box is the icing on the cake! Quote

The signal box was inspired from here. Duq I think. 8 hours ago, JopieK said: Looks really great ChomeKnight! Even multiple nice stations! If you mean the large building in the middle of the main loop, it’s actually an XXL grand emporium. Takes up its own city block. Quote
Hod Carrier Posted April 8, 2019 Posted April 8, 2019 That’s a fantastic layout, and good to see a classic layout like Minories still having an influence into the 21st Century. Quote
Man with a hat Posted April 11, 2019 Posted April 11, 2019 What an amazing layout. So much to see. Quote
