CMP Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I think about 16 hours are left. Those are quotes from day one, I'm just clarifying the time frame in which he posted them.

def Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 14... >chirrrp, chirrrp< Unvote: Monty Vote: Boris The list of the suss is short, Boris is one of them.
mostlytechnic Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 So we're up to 4 votes on Boris. Unfortunately, we need 6 for a lynch today of the 10 remaining crewmen. If there's 2 scum left (boris and another), I'd assume they won't vote for him, so that really means we need 6 of 8 to agree. 4 haven't voted yet so come on people!
Calanon Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I must agree, I too am a bit suspicious of Boris and it seems we currently have no better evidence. So, with the hope that I make the right decision in this: Vote: Boris
jimmynick Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 Vote Tally: Monty Thornton (mostlytechnic): 1 (Speedy) Christopher Milton Poindexter (CallMePie): 1 (Bob) Malcolm Cooper (Mencot): 1 (Endgame) Boris Benson (Bob): 3 (mostlytechnic, jluckhaupt, CallMePie) 10 players remain, so 6 votes are required for a lynch. About 9 hours remain in the day! Unvote: Monty Vote: Boris Vote: Boris 2. Each day you will be able to vote to lynch a player. Voting should be done in the following format: Vote: Character (Player). Similarly, unvoting is to be done in the format: Unvote: Character (Player). No other format will be accepted. A majority vote is required to lynch a player.
def Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Hey guys on the submarine! Know what makes games fun? Anal retentiveness. The more anal retentive, the more fun! I know Hinckley does it, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea whatsoever. Some rules are very important, and some are merely guidelines for people having fun. Anyway... Unvote: Monty (mostlytechnic) Vote: Boris (Bob)
jimmynick Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 Vote Tally: Christopher Milton Poindexter (CallMePie): 1 (Bob) Malcolm Cooper (Mencot): 1 (Endgame) Boris Benson (Bob): 4 (mostlytechnic, jluckhaupt, CallMePie, Speedy) 10 players remain, so 6 votes are required for a lynch. About 9 hours remain in the day!
jimmynick Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 Vote Tally: Christopher Milton Poindexter (CallMePie): 1 (Bob) Malcolm Cooper (Mencot): 1 (Endgame) Boris Benson (Bob): 5 (mostlytechnic, jluckhaupt, CallMePie, Speedy, Calanon) 10 players remain, so 6 votes are required for a lynch. About 8 hours remain in the day!
mostlytechnic Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Alright, we've made it to 5. And I don't see much defense coming from Boris. Course, I don't see much coming from anyone about anything. I know there's some behind the scenes action going on by now, but come on people, we need action we can ALL act upon!
TrumpetKing Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Have we settled on Boris? He's been quiet enough for me to be fine with a lynch on him. Vote: Boris Benson (Bob)
Piratedave84 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Looks like I'm late to the party ... And the bandwagon for that matter. I don't have much time ( as you can probably tell) and I'm not quite understanding the Boris lynch; why are we lynching him? Why him over Edward? As far as I'm concerned Edward has contributed/posted far less than Boris. Am I missing something?
Endgame Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Looks like I'm late to the party ... And the bandwagon for that matter. I don't have much time ( as you can probably tell) and I'm not quite understanding the Boris lynch; why are we lynching him? Why him over Edward? As far as I'm concerned Edward has contributed/posted far less than Boris. Am I missing something? Saying you're late/haven't posted much, and then asking why another candidate is being voted for over another on the baisis of activity, is not all that conducive to your question. I really only post when I have something of value to say, asking questions, making/explaining my votes, etc. Besides, as Chris stated earlier, Boris's contributions started flip flopping and more or less decaying, until he was left making somewhat absurd statements. Personally, I believe Malcolm to be a slightly better candidtate, but Boris has already been more or less condemned.
Mencot Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Sorry for my absence from the main discussion and spy hunting. Busy working, so busy and exhausted I fell asleep in the radioroom. But in my defence I could say after reading and catching up on the daythread! There hasn´t been much talk from anybody else either. It is a good thing though that there has been some progress in who to lynch today. And Boris and Edward looks to me also like the biggest loosers. But I also feel with Philip here: Looks like I'm late to the party ... And the bandwagon for that matter. I don't have much time ( as you can probably tell) and I'm not quite understanding the Boris lynch; why are we lynching him? Why him over Edward? As far as I'm concerned Edward has contributed/posted far less than Boris. Am I missing something? That eddie would had been the better candidate but Boris isn´t a bad choice (Hey btw isn´t Boris a Russian name ) Why, will give one reason, because he hasn´t contribute anything much, he has had an strong feeling about me, that I am a good lynch candidate for this day and still seems think so. And he called me out for it in the beginning of this day with some rather flipfloppi accusations that I answered the best I could. But it didn´t seem it was enough. Oh well if you Eddie don´t seem to have anything of value to say don´t make things up. So that is one reason why I would rather vote Edward but Boris will do fine also. Vote: Boris (Bob)
Endgame Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 You're only cementing my suspicions. For starters: -Flip floppy? I've remained consistent. I asked you questions to start, saw you avoidedthe main question, and voted for you thinking you were being too erratic/wishy-washy. -How does me thinking you were a good lynch candidate make me scum? -Accusing me of making "stuff up" is really just grasping at straws for an adequate defesne. What have I "made up"? My scumdar is going off pretty ludly right now. That's why I, personally, am sticking to my guns.
Mencot Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 You can do what ever you like Eddie, but it is clear that you don´t wanna be apart of the loyal crew in any way. I don´t know if Boris is scum but you and he look really like you don´t wanna help out.
Endgame Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Flinging insults around and making unsubstantiated statements/accusations is hardly the behavior of a townie.
Piratedave84 Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 We have a lynch for today so I'll vote for the person I feel is the scummier: vote Edward (endgame) For having been overly defensive when called out and for general lack of contribution to the discussions on day one and 2.
def Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Day three, what say those remaining take part? That would be good
Bob Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 It's a bit foolish that you're all voting me off for faulty logic, but there's virtually no defense I can give to this type of terrible logic.
jimmynick Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 Vote Tally: Christopher Milton Poindexter (CallMePie): 1 (Bob) Malcolm Cooper (Mencot): 1 (Endgame) Edward Grey (Endgame): 1 (PirateDave84) Boris Benson (Bob): 6 (mostlytechnic, jluckhaupt, CallMePie, Speedy, TrumpetKing, Mencot) With 6 votes, Boris Benson (Bob) has been convicted. A conclusion to the day will be posted shortly. Please submit your night actions within the next 24 hours!
jimmynick Posted September 7, 2014 Author Posted September 7, 2014 The crew had a brief meeting at the end of the day, eager to see off Boris Benson (Bob). Commander Neumann announced, "Please, Boris, come upstairs with me." The two went up to the conning tower. Neumann said to Boris, "Look at the ocean that spreads out in front of you. Doesn't it look nice? It represents freedom, it represents 'Murica. See how it's blue, like the American flag, and not Red, like the Soviet flag? That means it is for us." "Well, it doesn't matter if you're loyal or a spy; the crew want to see you gone. But I don't know what I'm going to do without my spare torpedoman. We have the priorities of this ship to consider." Boris mumbled in agreement. The Commander was less than impressed by Boris's response. Whoops! "Oh well," Neumann remarked. "Blub, blub," replied Boris.
