Starwars4J Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Like I said earlier, this is really nice. My only complaint is that I wish the two "wing" plates up front were inverted so that the studs were out to match the rest of it. Also, the windshield kinda looks weird since it protrudes further than the roof of the van And nice use of a modded part for the dolly, it's very effective Quote

Starwars4J Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Its technically legit because it is cut at 2 bricks long. I have no problem with modified bricks, in fact I dabble in customization myself :-D I think "legit" though kinda goes out of the door when it's cut though :-P Quote
oo7 Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 The US postal service van idea has good potential, and some of the techniques used here are very interesting, but they don't seem to fit. Also, I think you've tried to condense so much SNOT into a space so small, it just ends up looking messy. Proportion wise, the roof of the vans are perfect rectangles. The hood is slightly curved down the sides, but you've exaggerated this angle quite a bit. Perhaps if it was a different vehicle it would be better. A picture: Design wise, I agree with 4j, the 'wing' plates would be much better facing out and the windshield is not flush with the rest. It's alright, but you've made better. I have no problem with modified bricks, in fact I dabble in customization myself :-D I think "legit" though kinda goes out of the door when it's cut though :-P Yes, if it's cut I wouldn't call it official, although I see you do that often.... Chuck Posted June 14, 2007 Author Posted June 14, 2007 Mind you, my computer was being fixed as I was building it, so that sorta lends to it suckiness. Quote

It's a great little MOC, but no MOC is ever perfect. I really like what you've done with it though, I may have to build one eventually :-D Quote
zeki Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 This van would kinda fit with recars cars..but they are too small if oyu ask me and so is this one...ut otherwise intresting design! Quote
