Oh, that would be cool. I can see it now, he has a "soul", and Ultron doesn't. So why does Vision have a blue gem in mini figure form instead of yellow?

I have a theory:

The blue gem is actually the Mind Gem from Loki's staff. Tony implants it into Vision to defeat Ultron.

But Vision doesn't have a blue gem in the movie. The Lego one has a blue one instead of the yellow like in the movie. And don't you think putting an alien stone of IMMENSE power into a robot with, again A.I., would be extremely dangerous and not something Stark would do after Ultron went Rogue? That's like almost giving Ultron the gem seeing as Ultron has technopathy. Plus if Vision has a gem in him that means Thanos will rip it out of his head and kill him, leaving him out of the battle during Infinity War. This just seems stupid and unlikely to me. Ultron has access to all knowledge on the Earth. If someone can invent a robot that can alter it's density, it'd be him. I just do not want this happening at all in this movie. It makes no sense unless perhaps (since apparently the iron legion steals the mind stone from the Avengers as we've seen in the lego set) Ultron puts the stone into Vision. But again, why wouldn't Ultron put it in himself? Plus neither the mind stone nor the soul stone allow someone to alter their density. That doesn't even make sense and seems a rather convenient way to explain how Vision can alter his density. If audiences can accept a man turns into a raging green monster, they can accept a density-altering robot. Please let this not happen.

Just curious

Headpiece without a mask. Right now I am using the newer Han Solo head and Chase McCain-tan hair. I think I like the Obi Wan head a bit better, so I may change it down the line.

Their telescoping arrows. You know that scene in the first movie where Hawkeye runs out of arrows and has to beat off that Chitauri dude with his bow until he can grab one more out of the dead one's chest? Now that's a bit less likely to happen.

I'd say something happens with the gem, like VFF suggested. I'd also say that putting some weird magic rock that no one quite understands in another robot couldn't make matters much worse than they already seem to be lol Vision dying is exactly what I think they're setting up, and there're plenty of other Avengers now to fill the ranks. His phasing abilities probably don't come from the gem but rather some Stark tech. It's all just simply theory, though.

I'm actually really glad that a lot of the characters in the Helicarrier set aren't fully exclusive. That set's crazy expensive and I can't justify buying it, but I really want to be able to make a Cap without his mask, especially one with an official Lego design. If only the torso on Hill and Fury are exclusive, that'll make it a bit easier to buy those parts separately, as opposed to buying the whole minifigs for ludicrous prices. It's really just very considerate of those of us that can't afford those massive D2C sets.

Yeah the $20 sets have almost all been excellent. That includes DC as well. I agree that Ant Man may well be the best one yet- 3 seemingly awesome minifigures, giant Lego bricks, and what looks like a pretty good ant. Long may it continue! I'm not sure how they'll do Doctor Strange sets given the November release date, but I'd probably be content with just one $20 set featuring Strange, the main villain, and another main character. I'm guessing Civil War will get an AoU type wave.

Is that a suggestion or inside knowledge?

Just noticed from the trailer that Vision's forehead gem is yellow, so it's a bit of a shame that the Lego one has it in blue. Still looks like a cracking minifigure.

A suggestion that is

They should just start including alternate heads that you can swap in and out then!

You are probably correct. To deal with the cap smiling problem, I am just going to use the old mask. It is a shame because the old mask dosen't match the new caps printing

Yeah. He doesn't wear it in the final battle but he does wear it in the truck chase and the really tall bridge scene.

I got my new Avengers sets just 10 minutes ago. Now I have to decided if I'm going to buy the Hydra Fortress too

That looks a very nice idea. Captain America's "mask headpiece" has been always a little problematic: it does look strange most of the times. I know it may be uneasy to make the mask look perfect in "Minifigure form" so I think I'll give him a headpiece without mask too

Yeah. I remember on the prelims it was the minifigures on the box.

Unfortunately I called my LEGO Store and TRU and they said they would be receiving the AoU sets on April 15th Which is a tad bit disappointing, but I guess my only option now is just to order all the figs on BL.

Lego stores have the AoU and they're on sale now. The shelf date is March 1st, not April 15th.

If i could figure out how to post a picture I took from my phone, I would post some mods I did on the quinjet and the jeep. I put two of the stud launchers on the tip of the cockpit like it has in the movie. I also changed out the flickfire launcher on the jeep and put in a radar type thingy.

I purchased the hulkbuster and ultron drones sets today.

Hulkbuster, although is big, is pretty badass.

Drones are great fodder, will get a second and 3rd set of these I think...

Are you talking about the "yellow area" on the box where they show the Minfigures included in the set?

In that case they show the Minifigures, if it is some sort of "Easter egg" in the "box art" than I have to give a better look

What I think kevkipo is talking about is the top right cornor of the front of the box where they have a group shot of the four avengers.

I have checked and my boxes, European ones, have the Minifigures version of the characters

So. Vision has a pretty accurate head price not counting the blue gem which should be yellow.

Quicksilver is selling for 25$, uh. Really don't want to pay 50$ for that set but I want to pay 25$ for a single mini-figure even less. Really hope he comes down a bit in price.
