Hmmmm....Not quite sure. Some of them just look like cheap little photos that they just threw in, but the Carbon-Freeze Chamber and the Senate Platform look real. Let's just hope....

^Robianco, I agree. Each has only had one set: the Dagobah set had the X-Wing/Hut, and Cloud City only had, well, Cloud City. (Unless you count the Cloud Car). Out of every planet, Bespin and Dagobah are always left out, and TESB sets are always limited to Hoth. I am sick of spaceships; I want a new Cloud City (Maybe done in the style of Jabba's Palace?!)

I mentioned this is the "Star Wars Sets You Want" thread, but I agree. Having Cloud City be comprised of multiple sets (like Jabba's Palace and the Rancor Pit are composed) would be a great idea. They could release different parts at different times, each having the ability to connect to existing parts and having individual battle features that would sell well. The room where Darth Vader captures Han and Leia, the Carbon Freezing Room, the duel with Luke, and even the landing platform. Each area would have enough of a battle to make it pleasurable to purchase on its own, but it would have the ability to merge together to create a really massive set that would just be too expensive to sell on its own.

Frankly, I think this would be the best way to handle something like Cloud City which isn't one massive ship like the Death Star is.

What I want with the USC Slave 1 is to change out the color scheme so that you could have both Jango's and Boba's ships, like I was talking about with the Jedi Starfighter. I would be nice to have all six Empire bounty hunters and Jango with young Boba figs.

^I would love for it to have that as well, and then just include bounty hunters: Zem Wessell, Bossk, 4-LOM, Zuckuss, Jango, and, of course BOBA FETT!!! They can do exclusive prints on him: arm printing, leg printing, and side printing (it has been done before....)

But, Lego hates us, so we'll get the same one from the Desert Skiff, and have only one model, and still charge a UCS set price.

I would buy it, still, so long as it is detailed.

^The yoda chronicle stuff is very intriguing. In the scene with boga, it looks like the people standing next to utapau guy are more of his kind, not Cody. In the new dark side book, there are few brick built scenes that are very interesting. They have Yoda vs palpatine in the senate building fighting on top of his podium. Could that be a hint at a new set? They also have multiple scenes from cloud city, including the carbon freezing room (more specifically the stairs) and the little area where Luke jumps away from Vader. The builds are actually really nice quality, so could that be a hint? I don't think they would waste time designing these areas just for a book. Maybe cloud city could be an exclusive?

Lego does not hate anybody and from what I can recall, someone stated that the Boba Fett figure in the Slave 1 is a redesign of the Desert Skiff version.

Looking at those pics, I'm not sure there's anything to be read into there. The Senate Chamber image (whether is meant to be the Chancellor's podium or a Senate pod) is fairly basic--nice, but not exactly difficult to whip up. The Bespin stuff is a mix... The carbon freeze steps are interesting, but I think the background metalwork includes some "illegal" techniques you'd never find in an actual set. The bit where Vader springs the news on Luke looks VERY nice, but again I'm not sure it's unreasonable to throw such a "set" together for artwork only...

Luke also looks too monochromatic with his hair and outfit matching color there. Might pass the publication guidelines, but hopefully when the time comes for an actual TLG minifigure they'll note the Ewok Village change to dark tan hair

Yeah, I agree. The level of detail in the entire book is very inconsistent. They use different version if pretty much every character. If this is a hint, maybe they're trying to keep it low by using a very basic fig. It looks like they had to make a new/custom print on his torso, however, since the original had yellow skin.

But Bespin Guards, cool! And I do hope that the new Boba Fett is decked out in printing: arm, leg, side-leg, back, new jetpack, better helmet.

True, but the "Juniors" theme is fairly new. But on the other hand, with Star Wars being the most popular licences theme, you're right Lego would have definately something by now.

Perhaps the Starfighter could be an EU set. One of Lego's "completly made up" sets. (Tie crawler, Rebel Battle Pack etc.)

Isn't Juniors less than a year old? I'm sure it was easier to get DC to buy off on licensing a set in a new, unproven line than getting Disney to do so.

Didn't Juniors only recently start doing licensed sets? While we had Batman and TMNT this year, maybe next year we'll see other licensed represented?

Next year with the new movie coming out would be an ideal time to release a Star Wars junior set. With Disney now flying the falcon it's more likely such sets would be made. But it also depends on the success of the junior line in general which has a limited market.

Slave I has 1996 pieces, four minifigures (Stormie, Boba, a Bespin, Han in carbo). It looks cool.

Well, I'm not exactly sure what to describe, but they use the new versions of these and, like, two plates round plates stacked upon each other. I'm not good at these descriptions. :tongue:

Also forgot to say, but Boba is new. He has new arm printing and new leg printing from what I can see.

Yeah, it's the best so far. It's HUGE! But, it still fits Boba in the cockpit. I used my wizard powers to see it.

I cannot say. If the mods are cool with it, I'll post it here tomorrow. First it will be on my YouTube (around 12PM), then when I get back home tomorrow (around 3PM) I'll put it here. Deal?

I haven't gotten a SW USC set since 2012. If they do a USC Slave 1 (of which I would think would be to scale to minifigs like the Falcon) I would buy it for sure!!!!!!! I think as cool as it would be to have an interchangeable Slave 1, I think it would be from Ep 5 only. So I think in reality the figs would probably be Boba Fett, Han in Carbonate, Han from Bespin, Bosk, Dengar, IG-88 and maybe 4-LOM and Zucous.

A bit off topic but I think the main villain in episode 7 looks like a yuuzhan vong. Does this mean the movie could feature their race? It would make sense to me. Rebels won the war, the yuuzhan vongs attack, rebels team up with empire (would explain solos outfit), war against them takes a longer time and rebels are losing but then skywalker and the new jedi guy come back and do their job.
