Actually I think this was briefly mentioned in the non system themes as a Creator set to come out in 2007. Originally i didnt want to buy it but i've had a change of heart. Quote

It has been at all of the toy fairs. I am really excited about this set. I think it's about time LEGO releases beautiful realistic buildings like this and CC and Market Street. If you look closely on the front of the current shop at home catalog you can see the corner of this set next to the Cafe Corner. There are also some odd building mistakes on the fire station and CC, I wonder why... Quote
