Trionx Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 (edited) some of you might've seen this but I just made a new Exo-force Wiki. it REALLY needs some editing but I have been working on it. (and just for the staff, I wasn't sure if this topic is allowed or not so close it if need be :-) ) Edited May 31, 2007 by Darth Bionics Quote
tedbeard Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I am curious as to why not just create articles about Exo-Force on BrickWiki? Quote
Trionx Posted June 1, 2007 Author Posted June 1, 2007 I am curious as to why not just create articles about Exo-Force on BrickWiki? I just checked there and they only had one page on Exo-force (and it seems to be in need of updating), anyway, this wiki has more in-depth info about the battle mechs, people, and other stuff. Plus if we get Swiftone on my site, (A LEGO employee, see here.) he can join it to add info :-D . Quote
Jipay Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 eehhhh, is that page that burned my eyes a forum ? *skull* I concure with tedbeard, it should be posted on BrickWiki. What's the point of having gazillions of wikis around ? Beside being the one that owns the so said wiki. But the point of a wiki is that is doesn't really belong to anyone, right ? Good luck anyway Quote

Good luck anyway I'm not saying that I OWN it, but one thing with BW is that anyone can edit it so anything can be put on there. Exo-wiki make you log in before you can edit. plus there's a Biocnile wiki (that I got the idea from) that worked out well. Edited June 1, 2007 by Darth Bionics Quote

A wiki is a place to create, share and collaboratibvely edit. You would have free reign to create a category and turn it into something fantastic while building a resource for all LEGO fans. I don't understand your comment about the LEGO employee. Anyone can edit BW. A former Master Model Builder has been adding to the site and providing great details about the roles and responsibilites of model builders from an insiders perspective. Sorry, I just like the idea of a single online LEGO encyclopedia for all LEGO fans that has great articles on all LEGO themes. Quote
