thatblockoguy Posted May 31, 2007 Posted May 31, 2007 (edited) Does anyone happen to know which parts on this new magnet minifig are removable? I'm hoping that at least the helmet and head are. also, does he come with the same backpack as the minigig in the Batcave set? And in a related question, how do magnet minifigs differ from regular ones : where are the magnets located, from the pics I've seen they appear to be in the legs. Is there also a magnet in the torso? This is what I know is standard on all magnet figs: -Everything is removable except the hips from the torso -The legs are the only parts that have the magnets, and they can be removed and swapped in for normal legs Hope this helps! iamded Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 (edited) I think they should have done what MegaBlocks did and stuck the magnet in the torso. That way you could still swap legs, arms, heads etc. I dunno, I just like having my minifigs seperable. (Hence why I dislike the 'glowing' lightsaber torsos.) ~Peace Edited October 31, 2007 by iamded Quote

iamded Posted October 31, 2007 Posted October 31, 2007 You quoted the wrong guy. And I was just saying, as that way you can have all the pieces removable, and possibly even pull the magnet out if you didn't want it. I'm not saying I like Megabloks, the dudes I have that have the magnets in are really fragile, I accidentally stood on one and broke his arm and hand. That doesn't happen with my Lego men. They can take a treading. :-P ~Peace Quote

Mr Spielbrick Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 A more detailed look on Mr Freeze, since I just received his magnet version in the mail. The normal magnet fig rules apply. In terms of his special gear: - helmet is completely removable - gun is removable from his hand and from the white tube coming from his backpack, the pieces of the gun itself can also be detached from eachother (4 in total) - backpack is detachable from the body, but all parts of the backpack itself are glued together: the tanks on the back and the white tube (the other side of the tube can be removed from the gun, as mentioned earlier). This is probably done because the two tanks each contain a small magnet. Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun! Quote
