Erik Leppen Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Actually, the body works quite well here, with the white panels. Good use of parts there. I like the colors too. How's the steering operated? Is there a hand-of-God wheel somewhere? Also what is the 24t gear doing? Anyhow. I'd try to put the seats a bit more to the back, and the cabin a bit more forward. Right now it looks kind of odd. Right now it looks kind of odd. Looks pretty good, but those soft axles on the outside are prone to fall off because of how they are mounted. Also looks like you are stressing the connector and pin that connects that soft axle construction in the front to the body very much (it's bending?) My old mounting finally broke :( But I put new mounting on, and it isn't bending one bit. The axles on the outside are good,I pushed the beam up and it works all right. Erik: 24t gear is the steering wheel (see how the seat is behind it?) on one of the pictures, the one of the underside, you can see the steering axle is connected there The front is the worst looking part, I already shortened it once, still looks bad oh and here the 1st pic is the new mounting, 2nd is old photo-shopped onto desert background Quote

Essge Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 To the wheels that falls off. You dont need gears to the fake engine on both sides. I belive it will work with one side and on the other side you can place that piece you connecting 2 axles together. Problem solved :) One long axle which goes through the pullback and the gear and out to the wheel and a shorter one that goes directly to the whell :) Quote

If you are wondering how the camera fits there, I broke my model in 2 parts to get the angle I will soon be giving this model a photoshoot, I think it looks done now Quote

D3K Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 It's not the sturdiest chassis I've seen, but the styling looks very cool! Quote
