Hey guys, Im looking to go to Legoland Denmark end of September/start of October time.

Problem is where to stay, and for a good price.

Does anyone have any good suggestions as to where to stay? Preferably within a short taxi ride/walking distance.

We are looking for good room facilities (the usual- kettle etc) B&B is ideal, but not essential. Shops nearby to buy food would be good. On the off chance, a nice little restaurant to go out to eat in the evening might be ideal as well, but not essential.

Anyone with any experience with any of this?

Kind regards,

Sam

Legoland has it's own hotel, but it's a tad pricey. When we visited legoland last year, we stayed at Hotel Propellen in Billund, which is actually next to Legoland and easily withing walking distance. It was an Okay (not ok-ey) hotel, but nothing special and also a bit pricey for what you get. Restaurant in the hotel, but if I'm honest is wasn't a great eating experience. But that's the price you pay for staying close to the park.

The period you're planning to go in is off peak so prices should be lower then.
