igacreative Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Apologies for being a real newbie here, shouting loud, but ... After wanting a lego train for years, even as a kid, and never getting one, finally yesterday I managed to get myself the passenger train at a reasonable price here in Sweden. Excited; yes very! Biggest challenge is to hide it from the kids until I get it built! So, hopefully, I'll be in here more often, combining train ideas with cities! Quote
v6TransAM Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 Assuming you mean the 7938? It's a good set. The more I play with Power Function stuff, the more I like it. Quote

Hrw-Amen Posted May 5, 2014 Posted May 5, 2014 It is always nice to see new people getting involved in trains. Can I ask why you are hiding it from the kids until it is built? Part of the fun with LEGO, at least from a kids point of view is in the building. Or do you want to keep all the fun for yourself, which is certainly something I can relate to. Anyway, I hope you have lots of fun with your new train and any future train related projects. Quote
