Tordenskjold Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 Made this ship from spareparts i have. this is a ship that belong to mr Tordenskjold on Decastio island. and Royal Navy suspect it to be used as a smuggler. but since they havent been able to proof it it still sail on. Pic is link to BS Gallery Edit Mr Tiber: The pic was quite big so I resized it for you. Quote
El Bucanero Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 That's a nice little ship! I only don't really like the use of the white. Other than that it's good. I'll comment more when the BS Gallery is public. Mr Tiber Quote
Tordenskjold Posted May 21, 2007 Author Posted May 21, 2007 As i wrote mr Tiber, its made mostly from spareparts. so thats why all the white. will try to change some of the bricks and plates when i get more lego. Quote

El Bucanero Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 What's wrong with the use of the white? I think it looks a little bit too pale in this MOC... Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted May 21, 2007 Eurobricks Emperor Posted May 21, 2007 In this occasion I don't agree with Mr. Tiber. I actually like the colors of this ship. What's the meaning of "Hvide Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted May 22, 2007 Governor Posted May 22, 2007 I think it looks a little bit too pale in this MOC... Since you're a seasoned ship builder what would you recommend Mr Tordenskjold do to make the white "work"? "Hvide Quote
ghoulrealm Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 (edited) I reckon this could be a sloop. It is closer to what I consider the scale of a lego "pirate's ship" should be. (smuggeling is not that far removed from piracy) I any case, I realy like the look and feel of this moc *y* Edited May 29, 2007 by ghoulrealm Quote

Mmmmh, perhaps change the black too blue, so it fits with the sail. Or change the sail to black and white. But since these are the parts Mr Tordenskjold had at the moment, I think he did a good job! Wout Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 ooh, very nice boat, I like that A nice idea for TLC to reintroduce Pirates ;-) Quote

(smuggeling is not that far removed from piracy) Yeah its a pitty there wasn't more smaller ships in the Pirate theme. Unless you count Captain Krag's Craft or whatever that 4+ ship was called. But a SYSTEM scale sloop or three would have been great ideas for sets... Quote
