Hi everyone! Let me show you my latest creation which is dedicated to the liberation of Italy from the nazi-fascist regime, 25th April 1945.

The german troops left Friuli Venezia Giulia (the italian region where I live), blowing a bridge up. They walk through a little country, killing every human being they meet during their journey and reach the austrian frontier. It's dedicated to each and every person who died during World War II to defend and create freedom. A wise man once said "History is a great teacher but has no pupils".

I hope you like it :)

I love it! Looks just like it could be a scene seen in a WW2 film! Do you have any close up detailed pictures of the church and tank?

Can I also ask how/where you get the German WW2 soldier minifigs?

I like all the detailing on this MOC. The ivy on the ruined building is especially nice, and I love that tank!

Not a fan of nazis though. I think they suck. :hmpf_bad: It was good of you to remember this tragic piece of history as these types of events are often conviently forgotten by modern media.

I really like the ruined bridge - the discolored bricks and the rebar looks spot on! The run down building and the church are impressive and that Tank is excellent!

Good job, my friend.

This is a great build. It is a sad time in our world history, but you've recreated it beautifully here.

The buildings look great. I like the sand green roofing and the stone work.

That farthest right tree (nearest the bridge) looks great. It looks like it was built simply enough, but the after effect is very  . I may have to copy that style for my castle MOCs.

A very well done MOC. It's good you remembered those lost during that terrible time of our history. A thoughtful way to honor their memory.

Grazie kevin :) !!!!!!!

Coming from an Italian, I really share the feelings that leaded Dario to build this stunning MOC, but I wouldn't be able to reach his detail and amazing outcome!

Positive comments always make me happy , ciao !!
