Eurobricks special event shirts

As has become traditional for the past few events, t-shirts are being produced for the Eurobricks 2014 event in Billund - this time with a special 10th anniversary event logo. Those of you attending the event last year would have seen the shirts I brought with the regular Eurobricks logo embroidered on them. The logo can be embroidered onto almost anything and there is a link to the catalogue below. its not just t-shirts that are available.

How much do they cost?

These prices are based on 25 shirts. For 15 shirts add 5%. There was a small logo set-up fee that will be apportioned over all orders - for 25 shirts it works out at €1 per person. Prices include Vat @ 23%. Prices for other items will be obtained on request. I don't have prices yet for caps, ordinary shirts or hoodies if anyone wants to order these but the prices are likely to be very reasonable.

Recommendations

1. Please remember that the Eurobricks logo (including the special version) contains lots of blue so I would not recommend that anyone orders a blue t-shirt/ shirt. Personally I like the logo on black material although white looks fine also.

2. The logo is not printed. It will be embroidered onto the chosen items and so will be more durable. As it is embroidered I would recommend that a heavier material be chosen especially for t-shirts and lighter colours.

Normal logo

While this order primarily is for 10th anniversary event shirts, the supplier still has on file the standard Eurobricks logo so if anyone wants any shirts with the standard logo please specify this and we'll try to get them done with the standard logo.

Timing and ordering

I would suggest that we give people 2 weeks to decide on their orders. This allows orders to be amended if there are any out of stock issues.

Orders can be sent to me via the messaging system while general queries about the order can be posted here. If I get additional pricing information I will post it here. The order should state the catalogue item type, reference number of the item, colour, quantity and size etc. I shall assume that it is the 10th anniversary version of the logo that is required unless specified otherwise.

Payment

Payment will be accepted at the event unless these shirts are so popular that we need to take out a second mortgage to pay for them!

The shirts are for Eurobricks 2014 event participants only.

Ok I'm a bit confused. Isn't the point in having an event shirt, that we all wear something in the same color that we or the organizers agree on? But here everyone orders just anything. So is the point only in the logo?

The t-shirts aren't uniforms even if black seems to be the preferred colour. The logos are standard.

@Dfenz: you said that haevier material ir recommended. I'm choosing between Hanes Tagless T-shirt and Fruit fo the Loom T-shirt . Which on would you recommend or, (if you know it) what is the difference?

You didnt mention it, but I guess that it shouldn't be a problem to get also T-shirt for our 4 year old son? I looked it up and "H7200 Hanes Tagless Kid T-shirt" seems to be the right one.

I picked up the event shirts earlier. For most people they will get what they ordered. For a small number there were some minor t-shirt substitutions which look fine to me. I've PM'd those where the order was a little bit more problematic. Rather than PM'ing everybody separately with their bills I am posting individual totals here which will also include De Lorean's/ Hobbits where applicable for (my) convenience.
