LegoLand Windsor Shops Question

Hey all.

Im going to Legoland Windsor on the 21st May, and I have a question regarding the shops there.

Do they accept the Lego Loyalty stamp cards?

Last I checked, LegoLand San Diego does not accept them, so I doubt Windsor is any different. Sorry.

the answer is no ... read the back of the card and you'll see that Legoland shops are exempt.

Ive got another question. Do the LEGOLAND shops tend to get new releases soon after release?

Im going on Monday, and was wondering if they will have the sets that came on S&H this week.

in my experience they don't have a special status with Lego that would provide them with extra services, nor do they seem to be number 1 for the distribution services of Lego, so i'm afraid chances are they have nothing new untill any other regular shop has received the new sets.

I was in Legoland Germany last week and they had no new sets - the most recent being the Hobby Train. It had some harder to find sets such as the Factory amusement park and skyline but otherwise nothing to write home about. In fact the Lego shop in Munich seems to be a better proposition in that at least that store has Cafe Corner. I'm not sure if Windsor is any different.
