Building new Batman villains?

Well, my idea was to start a topic on how to build some "Baddies" from Batman that Lego haven't actually released in a set yet.

*NOTE* This is NOT a topic about making custom parts! You must only be using existing lego.

Clayface: For clayface, it's pretty simple. All you need is a rock monster from those old Rock Raiders sets.

As for Harley Quinn... That's difficult. I'll experiment with a few parts.

Making common mobsters/thugs ('criminal scum' ;-) ) would be pretty easy. Find some mean heads and give them an assortment of guns and knives.

Talia (I know, not always a villain) would also be pretty simple to make, and I suppose you could use the black skeleton head for Black Mask.
