Hi everyone! Digging through my LDD files, I saw this old model I had built a few months back, and I decided to share it.

It's the LEGO City Hotel! Within these 508 pieces, is an excellent 5-star hotel featuring things such as a rooftop pool, satellite TV, and cozy beds.

Down in the lobby, the man is checking in, and ready to have his luggage be brought upstairs with the luggage cart.

Each room comes with a bed, a small little chair and table, and also a flat screen TV!

The elevator on the side works very similar to the one in the Town Hall Modular Building.

And it leads to the top floor which is a nice little pool deck, with a small hot tub, a lawn chair, and an umbrella to sit in the shade! (I'm thinking of improving this floor)

...and that's the LEGO City Hotel! Here's a better look at the minifigures-- the man and woman come with extra clothes. The hotel workers are just dressed fancy.

I'll upload some more City MOCs I've made in LDD, but in the meantime, thanks for checking this out! Comments, suggestions, anything is appreciated. :classic:

Awesome Hotel, CM4S is that a working elevator? That's so cool. It seems like a set LEGO would produce for their CITY line, I also love the detail on the hotel. Brick on CM4S!

This is an interesting hotel, CM4S. It is really nice to see, how a classic style/city style/open-back hotel could look. And briliant with the lift - though it may not be a feeling having other guests looking into your room when they are passing  I would like too see this in bricks - also because then you really can see and adjust the architectural details.

I think the front desk is a bit too high. It should be lowered by at least one plate, preferably by two. I like your suggestion for a luggage cart. I have tried to figure out how it could be built. The only thing needed in the hotel is a restaurant. But hard to make, if you want to keep the brick count down.

That is really cool!! I love the classic open-back style and this would make a great official set (even a mini subtheme.. for example you could even have a restaurant or a gym as an add on and say a taxi or mini bus for sightseeing trips!!) I'd love to see this in brick form!!
