Urgh, actually I did link to it, but it's one of those pages where you navigate through it without the address actually changing, making it impossible to link directly to the instructions :-| Sorry about that Quote

You can link to a frame directly if you check the properties of the frame itself (right-click somewhere on the frame page and click "Properties"). That link is the link to the frame. The side effect is that you'll lose the frames around it and have a "naked" page. For this particular site it means you'll lose the ability to navigate... Quote
