Bison Posted November 18, 2013 Posted November 18, 2013 I need some help figuring out a way to lift the walking feet with each step. I am very limited on my technic pieces. I have in on a 13 hole studless beam the wheel that moves the rod that move the leg is in the 10 hole from the front and the legs pivot point is in the 5 hole from the front. I have a 24 tooth gear being driven by a 8 tooth gear. Is there a way to do such a thing. Thanks Bison Quote
Jim Posted November 19, 2013 Posted November 19, 2013 Hi Bison, Welcome to EB! If you use a digital tool, like LDD you can make a screenshot of your setup. This will clarify things a lot, so people can help you better. There are some books and resources on the net, which cover walkers. Might be useful to look at them. Good luck Quote
Sariel Posted November 19, 2013 Posted November 19, 2013 (edited) There is an instruction for this type of mechanism on my website: On another note, the topic title like this feel kinda messy. People come here expecting to see a MOC, and instead they see a question how to make one. Edited November 19, 2013 by Sariel Quote
