The Trade Federation Reaver Droid, like it's companion the Quad Droid, never saw much battle due to its late entry into the Clone Wars. The Reaver Droid was built on a standard hovertank platform (1 main hoverdrive, 3 auxiliaries, and 2 hoverthrusters) and armed with a pair of blasters and lasers. In addition, the Reaver Droid had a pair of rhodium-titanium alloy grips mounted to the front blast armor. These grips could be used to capture enemy commanders or to pick up dead clones and use them to bolster their front armor a bit. The Reaver Droid's low profile and agility would have made it a formidable enemy.

this should go in the MOC forum, you can post Star wars MOC's there ;-) but anyway, very good MOC, it was made mostly out of the AT-ST walker right?

100% from AT-ST parts. It's an entry for the brickjournal WWYB contest...glad you like it! It was a fun and quick MOC for me...

Actually MOCs can go either in the MOC forum, or in any forum that fits the theme. So this is fine where it is :-)

Nice tank, also. The angles are fantastic, any chance of seeing it from underneath?

I'm loving your theme of building within a set

Check the gallery when it is public. There is an underside shot there *y*

ah, my mistake, owning two forums is starting to make me more strict :-P

just a question on the MOC, do you have instructions for it? I was thinking of getting to AT-ST when I get the hoth base.

I haven't made instructions for this MOC, but I haven't taken it apart either. I will go ahead and post some instructional photos in my brickshelf folder one of these days when I get the chance.
