Missing Brick Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Very nice. But I don't recognise those grey electricity pylon pieces on the front: Are they from hero factory or something? Quote
Csacsa234 Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 These were used in several old tehcninc sets for the steering mechanism. for example:http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=8216-1 Quote
King Aragorn Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Fantastic MOC! I like the black rockets on the wings! Quote
DraikNova Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 The steering wheel/exhausts on the side are pretty effective for greebling. The engine at the back seems quite detailed too. Quote
Bob De Quatre Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Really nice! I' would love to see a rear view, the engines seems quite beautiful. Quote
kermit Posted October 23, 2013 Posted October 23, 2013 Really cool ship. The red colour is an excellent choice and it makes the ship stand out and loving the cannons on the wing. Quote
totohs Posted October 24, 2013 Author Posted October 24, 2013 Thank you all for your kind comments! I really appreciate them! this is cool! and the details are great too. tough, i still don't get about the naming. rojolele (king catfish)? LOL, Yes indeed I actually not very good in naming sometimes... 'Rojolele' was the first name came across my mind since the color is red (rojo). You know bahasa? In Indonesia 'rojolele' literally means king catfish and also the name of one of rice variety. Very nice. But I don't recognise those grey electricity pylon pieces on the front: Are they from hero factory or something? The piece you mentioned is the old technic steering part, thank you Csacsa234 for explaining. Quote

Hrw-Amen Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 Nice looking ship. It is unusual to see a start ship like that in red, brings back memories of Spyrius from a long time ago in my late teens. Those engines look very big as well, similar to a pod racer but on a ship. The whole thing looks well designed to me, I like it. Where is the best place to get LEGO in Indonesia? I've searched around most of the malls in Jakarta and it is so expensive over there compared to the UK. Last time I was there was during the SEA Games and we visited the display in the FX Mall which was nice to see. I wanted to buy a set for my nephew, we got him a smallish set which he really liked and now keeps asking for more real LEGO as the knock-offs they sell where he lives are not up to much. Quote

Yes, LEGO retail price here is quite high, actually it is similar in south-east asia countries. You can get it also from local online sellers for 10-25% cheaper price, they usually open their shops through facebook pages. Hope it helps. Quote
