Dariusking Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 I Recently Uncovered some Old LEGO Instruction Booklets I Had Stored, and could find VERY little on this instruction set. LetsBuilditagain.com website doesn't have it on file. 1973 #730 Steam Shovel with Carrier Mine is in AWESOME shape and the only 2 out there I found on the internet were in terrible condition. I am going to place them for sale on EBay, and did a lot of research, but can find no $ Value for such an item..... I tried to upload photos, but they are to big of a file it says. I did put some on Brickpicker.com though in the forums. So I am turning to you, the LEGO Collectors of the world..... What's it worth? Quote
timtosino Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 On bricklink.com they go for $2.00 - $3.50 a piece. Not sure if its worth listing. Quote
zux Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 If you wish to gain on your karma - scan it > provide scans or upload them to one of websites distributing Building Instructions > sell it. Current selling price is as above. Quote
Dariusking Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 I made scans and contacted letsbuilditagain.com to get them posted already. Quote
JopieK Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 http://www.brickfactory.info/set/index.html they also have it... Quote
Herky Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 I have this set from when I was a kid, with the instructions...great set from back in the day, funny thing is the sets like this from the '70's do not go for much unless mint in box and even then are not bad price wise...agree with the others, for less than $5 it's not likely worth all the effort for ebay Quote
