rodiziorobs Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Here is what will probably be my last entry (seeing as the deadline is almost upon us!), which was also my submission to the fbtb contest. That's no moon...it's a VW Camper Van! er, space station... I felt a great disturbance in the force, as if millions of Hippie Minifigures suddenly cried out in terror... An analysis of the plans provided by Princess Leia has demonstrated a weakness in the battle station... Using two elastics from 7291 on the 'teeth' of the Death Star, I attached the van piece assembly around some 1x1 round plates and the other to a base so the laser piece would balance on the outside. rodiziorobs on Flickr
Mr.Brickman Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) This steam wagon really has some big horsepower! Passenger quarters are in the insulated rear compartment behind the main boiler tank. The heavy duty framework provides a protective barricade in front of the somewhat delicate pipeworks and pressure control valves. Steam is funneled into the forward drive system (horse) to propel the wagon. Edited September 30, 2013 by Mr.Brickman
