hewkii9 Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Every now and then, a barman trundles down the hill and sets up shop in the Village square. This is a special event, as it commemorates the cor-Ah, who cares? It's Beer! The Barman himself, at the wheel of the Beermobile. The camera swings around dramattically for a different view. Upon the rear of the Beermobile is a nice large cask of ale. In this view, you can see one of the goblets on the rack, along with a mace. This mace is for keeping the peasants in line. "Alright, we're open for business! May I add that pulling a cart through all the villages and hamlets is thirsty work. Don't drink and erm, pull cart! And here's a seige ladder I build from fences. Please don't say someone already made this design, or I'll have to break open that cask and drown my sorrows. The Ladder. Quote
Norro Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 I don't normally complain, but those are big pics of a very small MOC, perhaps a little resizing. I do like your choice of fig though. And yes the fences have been used as ladders before... :-D God Bless, Nathan Quote
El Bucanero Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Reminds me of this! Nice lil' MOC. Cheers! Mr Tiber Quote
Athos Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 I like the ladder. Very simple yet effective. Steve Quote
Wes Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Am I the only one who noticed the pubic hair in the first picture? :-X Quote
hewkii9 Posted March 18, 2007 Author Posted March 18, 2007 Am I the only one who noticed the pubic hair in the first picture? :-X That's not pubic hair. I, unlike some people, don't play with LEGO naked. It looks like...well, the white cloth has been sitting in my basement for a long time, so I don't know what it is. Quote
Berry Syedow Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Ah, the invention of beers on wheels is on par with sliced bread some would say. Surely the peasants did rejoice when they saw this savior of sober souls come strolling down into town. I'd just hate to be in his position when he runs dry before everyone's managed to wet their throats... The MOC is both simple and lovely. *y* What more can a LEGO enthusiast ask for? Quote
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 LOL. Nice and funny. Has a good design too. Keep up the good work! -ZotS Quote
