I sit in the corner staring at Luridan until he starts moving and I realize he's not a plant. Och, my eyes ain't what they used to be.

I rise with all slowness and take very slow steps across the floor as I overhear what's going on around me. "I've got some gold to spare, if we need it. Old man like me, can't do much with this weight in my pocket. Although I have heard that in a while they'll invent weightless pockets that can hold millions of items and yet never get heavier. Back to my studying of the plants though. It's all I do most of the time these days. Too old to do much else. But if you need assistance and healing I'm ready to offer my hands of healing."

[Duvors]

I think using the Magnifying Glass is an ability, and I also notice that the word 'ability' has been used in reference to what results are posted even though it is then said in parentheses, "Day-actions" and "Night-actions", so it isn't quite clear what we are told and what we aren't.

As for passing the item, I don't see anything that says we can't do that in public, so we could insist that the item only be passed around in public, otherwise we attack the last one known to have been given the Magnifying Glass.

Say something useful to the conversation or we might strangle you, gremlin. You've said a lot and contributed nothing.

Kharybdis, your plan would definitely remove some of the issues I've had with the magnifying glass plan. I think perhaps some redundancy may be required to make sure that some Heroes are really Heroes, however this may be purely the paranoia of an old man. I shall contribute my gold to the purchase of the magnifying glass.

No... if someone passes it to someone in private or to someone who isn't supposed to get it, then we can attack the one supposed to be giving up the Glass, not the one getting it. If a Nephilim passes it to an innocent who's supposed to get it, no one would be framed and attacked.

When one has no sense of depth perception, it pays off to take things slowly. He remarked with a slow cadence to his voice, "This list is a good plan... If we can be sure of the spell... For the moment all should be under suspicion... and if the one creating that list is a Nephilim... He or she could deal much damage before being stopped."
