ok so I have been waiting for about 3 years to make one so here it goes the track I will be using is the part number 57518post-81861-0-45160700-1376927840_thumb.jpg but i don't know any good suspension set ups also another problem is how to get traction with the treads if there is a way to put part number 45590post-81861-0-99117500-1376928287.jpg

There are some pieces that will hopefully be available soon (well, just not 1,28€ apiece) that are just rubber inserts for those tread pieces. I also hope they will be available in a color besides red.

also twentyleggedman I saw those on google do you have a clue when there going to be releaced and if there going to be in the us

also efferman what is the hub thing that connects to the drive sprockets

the portal hubs or do you mean something different?

edit:

i have made a small lxf for the suspension. use one or two white rubber belts according the weight of the ripsaw

They will probably be available through bricklink soon, as the EV3 has been released. I'm not sure about about the tracks just by themselves available officially, but look out for maybe a service pack for them in the near future.

Hi,

take a look at zblj's ripsaw tank this uses suspension for each tread wheel.

There is red rubber bars that fit into the pinholes of the treads but they are expensive at the minute as they are a brand new part, third party thigns that are similar could work though

@SNIPE I honestly think it would be better to wait for a first party lego part as it will benefit the lego company as well as.. you know... not being third party. I'm glad lego finally made them tho.

Well, I don't either. I don't think a conversion would be possible to any computer default program.

It is really inconvenient not having it though, but I am not a talented LDD builder..
