Iv'e wanted to do something like this for a long time. I was finally inspired enough by brickminer's STAGECOACH HOLD-UP wild west set #6722 and The Bricksters's stage coach to finally realize my dreams X-D

first off this was loosely my main reference for form and style.

Now on with the creation

Fantastic design! Good colorscheme, nice details on the horses *y*

I like the way you made the Queen, with the indians hairpiece and the little crown. *wub*

The only thing that looks a bit out of place, I think, is the firebrigade basket on the back.

:-)

That is excellent! As simonwellems said, the color scheme is perfect. Looks like an official set, and I'd buy it *y*

Nah, it only shows that without City or Town the other themes wouldn't be that good :-P ;-)

You have impressed me again Mr. Ghoulrhealm! Brilliant idea, wonderfully executed *y* *y*. The queen minifig is a work of art alone and the armor works surprisingly well.

Although I can't help but wonder what torsos those chauffeurs are using.

And I believe the brickshelf gallery you are referring to was a work of Michael Jasper, found here.

That's it! I couldn't let that technique go without my spin on it.

They are wearing the harry potter goblin vests with white arm replacements.

lots of great detail for such a small moc *y*

as mentioned before, the coloring is great

I also like how all the MF's are made and how they compliment the MOC very nicely.

I'm impressed.

So it seems you've put quite a bit of Bricklinking effort into your project here *sweet*. Great choice of torso there, definate improvement over Mr. Jasper's.

no bricklink buys here! I bought quite a few KK small sets mainly for the black armor, but most of the sets had what I'ld consider usefull pieces.

at least 7 of...

I like the purple helmet too, but for form, not so much the purpleness :-X at the time it was only avalable in that color :'-(

I bought Potter sets for parts as well.

all the white parts are from several various other sets.

What an elegant coach Mr Ghoulrealm, but I'm not sure that I like the doors. It must be the studs... But those aside, the coach itself is definitely fit for a king.. Or two...

You know, Mr. Phes, The whole time I was thinking of how I could integrate coaches into the pirate theme.

Some sort of harbor town setting or officer transport scene would be nice. I don't think it's been done before?

*pirate* sorry mateys. I haven't been so active in the pirate forums lately, but sometimes you have to expand your horizons.

Naturally when I saw your coach I immediately thought "How could this be integrated into the Pirate theme?" but I didn't write anything because I didn't want to bring up Pirates in a Castle thread. But since you mentioned them first I thought I might as well now.

Incidentially I watched Cutthroat Island last night and if you've seen that you may recall there's a case seen with a coach, and there's also a coach in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. I have no idea how historically accurate they are, but if you ever create a thread in the Pirate MOC Forum about such a coach I'll grab a couple of screen captures for you.

Wonderful coach, ghoulrealm! The dark-red/white color scheme is most excellent. The use of the vladek bardings in this manner is quite original (if only the scorpion wasn

Thankyou for the offer, and some screen captures could be usefull. I am and was quite aware of these coaches from the movies mentioned. When I finally decide to moc a pirate coach I will be using them as reference.

2 at full price and clearance price for the rest.

I try to keep an open mind on on every set of any theme. It may or may not be evident at first but most sets have very usefull mocing pieces. I am a little more particular when it comes to the predominate color used in a set. I don't find too many uses for yellow or original red very often. But one can not have too many lego bricks :-P

I added brickminer's inspiring credit to my initial post. I always get brickster and him confused *wacko* as they have somewhat similar names and interest. anyway they both made some coaches wich helped to motivate me to make one albeit not western :-P
