TGB Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I've been lurking around the forums for a few weeks, read some quality threads and saw a lot of quality builds at the same time, so I decided to enlist. A little about me, I'm soon to be 25 out of Western Massachusetts and have been a FOL since as far as I can remember. Also a huge fan of Batman since as far as I can remember so the Batman line from 2006 took me out of the "Dark Ages" and thrust me into the middle of it once again. I've got a MOC of the Batcave in it's stages of infancy and basically building by the seat of my pants. I started it around '09 but it did sit around for quite a while and up until December '12/January '13 didn't really evolve much at all. I'm limited to my inventory (which I've been trying to increase through PAB, eBay, and more recently Bricklink), time and of course money. I've been looking at different building techniques and am trying to implement them in creative ways throughout the project. A little bit about the cave, it sits around 4 feet by 4 feet and sits on a footprint of 144 studs x 144 studs. I've got pictures of the build in progress that I'm willing to share soon as I'm able to post photos, I've got them loaded onto Photobucket ready to go.
