I really like flash's helmet piece, and it looks final to me the tag on top seems to just be what ends up happning in production, and from the back it looks like theres a small patch of yellow missing making it look abit odd from that perspective.

I was watching the Marvel games live feed earlier and several new characters were confirmed! (Here's the link)

I know a few of these are already confirmed, but I'm just listing what they spoke of during the feed.

Dr. Doom, Jean Grey, Elektra, Agent Coulson (voiced by Clark Gregg), Silver Samurai, the Punisher, Magneto, Beast, Gambit, Storm, Green Goblin, Iron Patriot (a pre-order exclusive), Juggernaut, Squirrel Girl, Rhino, the Thing, Vulture, Invisible Woman, and none other than Howard the Duck!

Stan Lee, Axel Alonso, and Joe Quesada will also be playable characters.

Sadly, Stan Lee was the only minifigure we got to see during the stream. But who's better to show off than the man himself?

Clark Gregg?! That's good news as the one in the earlier this year preview times square walkthrough definitely wasn't Gregg so hopefully that was just a preview in the early stages of the game back then. But Gregg voicing Coulson in the game is just awesome! I'm hoping to see him in a usm set in 2014.

We'll probably be getting some more confirmation soon, the game is now playable at the XBox Lounge and Marvel Booth at ComicCon.

Its good to see Gambit is in the game, although I'm disapointed by the lack of Cyclops. Still with new X-Men sets supposedly on the horrizon (and next year being Marvel's turn for the big exclusive set) it will be interesting to see how many of the X-Men will end up being released next year.

Hopefully Jean Grey will be in the green Phoenix costume.

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw the trailer. Cyclops, Iceman, Colossus, Mini Sentinel and Blob are all in, but Jean has the crappy 90s costume. A bit odd Cyclops has orange hair.

I hope we get that Hulkbuster Iron Man suit someday!! King Pin looked pretty cool too, just maybe a little too big. I don't remember him being Hulk sized.

I'm sure it's brown instead of orange, prolly since it was a quick shot and bad shading to begin with (you can see that huge light glare on Storm when enters). He always had really light brown hair to begin with.

I'm happy they used Storm's Uncanny look.

I hope we do, I really want a Jonah Hill figure. Not that it will be based on him, though.

Who knows. I guess so, it's something they haven't done. But LEGO hasn't been doing really expensive non-D2C big Super Heroes sets lately.

I never seem to be able to find any of those streams. If there is an USM set next year, it's got to be D2C, or I'll be a little worried. Like I said, if we have USM sets, there wont be much room for all the movie sets next year.

That used to be the case years ago, but I doubt that is an excuse now. Lego has been busting out a plethora of new molds in the past years for many themes. How many new molds were made for just LoTR and Hobbit? A lot.

Yeah but not many for DC. Superman and Wonder Woman hair, the lasso and MOS Kryptonian armor/guns were the only ones in two years. But maybe this is because they are handling Marvel and DC as a single line and the Avengers took away a notable amount of molds.

If they are doing Fantastic Four some day the Thing is a given but some of them don´t seem like they really need to be big figs. Like Lizard, Kingpin, Colossus and Rhino. Juggernaut would need to be a Big Fig but I don´t see them doing a X-Men set with him in the near future. If the S@H exclusive is going to be X-Men themed it´s a given that they won´t make new molds for it since those sets only use existing ones.

It doesn´t really fit Kingpin well but he probably won´t be able to hug his enemies to death as a regular fig.

GL in the first trailer was the 2011 SDCC version, so I wouldn´t expect them to use the design of a three year old movie nobody likes for merchandise.

After a closer look at the figures in the Riddler set, I must say they look great!

The Flash's helmet size is nothing compared to Ironman's or Batman's I think and I'm used to the oversized helmets now.

I find Batman's grey hands odd...I prefer them to be black...

I agree with most of those, except Rhino would definitely need to be a big fig. We could potentially get a brick built Rhino though if we do in fact get ASM 2 sets.

He says, "this will be out next year" at the big fig. I doubt he meant it as a set, but rather as D2C for the game.

That video made me want the game. A lot. And Stan Lee is the epitome of mundane made awesome. He is one of the most (if not the most) overpowered characters, all for being the head of Marvel Comics! Doc Ock is really cool with how he walks with his tentacles as well. I really love the LEGO games (the video games, not the board games) because they're not difficult, they're all about fun.
