The boat in question is not available in the States after checking on www.LEGO.com, so the buyer maybe from the States or any other place that does not currently carry it. I know that TRU, and target have exclusive sets that are only avaible at those stores. This is probbly one of them. Quote

Yeah, but it will be available eventually. And it's still a friggin' plastic hull with 20 pieces stuck on top...
