michaelozzie Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 I have not been posting much in the Pirates Forum for some time as I have been a bit busy with my train MOC's :look:Anyway for Fathers day I got some new books, namely the "Thunder on the Danube" 1809 war series. So it is time to start again. The soldiers are out of the display cases once more and the ranks are swelling with a growing Austrian army to Battle my French. So time to get building my friends. http://http:// Quote
michaelozzie Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 WOW!!!!, How many soldiers are there!!!!! In the photo here there are 172 soldiers. I have more that are just waiting on more parts to arrive, like shakos etc. Quote
woody64 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 (edited) Yeah 1809 campaign - obviously I like it!! Would be fine to have also a photo of the 2nd group in the back, as far as I can see: - Bavarians - Austrian Ulans, Infantry, Grenadiers, It seems that for the French Shakos you really get a glossy looking surface .... very fine! One week ago I got back my modified designs for a real Austrian shako, Austrian/French Dragoon Helmets, a new cuirassier .... Unfortunately no pictures yet, maybe I will take one today ...
