Kahgarak Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 I've got an idea. What if Lego released a big diorama, with the DS trench and the greebly surface around it, with mini X-Wings and Tie Fighters? I think it'd be awesome. Quote
Starwars4J Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 Why was I not aware of this? :'-( Any idea how much it went for? If only one was made? Quote
dr01d3k4 Posted February 21, 2007 Posted February 21, 2007 There should be a set like that, but instead of mini models, use the full size minifig models with a trench THAT FITS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
Kahgarak Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 Already had been made... :-P ...Oh my god. Quote
Kikuichimonji Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Only 4 or 5 of those were made (maybe even less). That's a rare set for you. Quote

If only one was made?Looking through the information on Lego's Ebay Site it looks like only two were ever auctioned (although more may have been made) back in 2003. These models were glued together into easy to assemble modules. The first eventually sold for $860 USD and the second for Quote

Zaktan of the Shadows Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 You know what would be better about that first trench run? If you could actually build it. -ZotS Quote
dr01d3k4 Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 instead of a trench run, there could be a set of the seen where the falcon is flying through the death star II. it should have: *1 falcon *1 X-wing *1 Y-wing *1 A-wing *1 B-wing *3 tie interceptors *1 hole into death star II with tracks coming of it,detail (turrets, ladders, hangers, walkways with troops etc...) and the core with turrets. but for a BIGGER battle scene, it should come with all of those as well as: *10 X-wings, 10 Y-wings, 10 B-wings, 10 A-wings. *20 tie interceptors and 20 tie fighters. *2 star destroyers and 1 executer *plates round the death star with detail (see above detail list) *2 mon calamari cruisers (one home with admiral ackbar and one extra one) *2 blockade runners *1 medical frigate *shield bunker sold separately! dr01d3k4 Posted March 4, 2007 Posted March 4, 2007 i think i'm going to try to make my own. propaly going to start by using the baseplate's from 7894 airport, and add detail, it will probably have the exust port that goes to the center in there, the center and the part that the millennium falcon flies down in episode 6.
