So after taking a small lego break, after the CCCIV, i started to build again.

This MOC isn't finished and still needs some work, but i'm not sure if i will finish it... *wacko* :-D

Here you can see the outside wall, i'm quite content with it actually:

Here you can see some forest men trying to break the bars of the jail....trying to free their mate...:

This is the one sitting in jail.....you can see the forest men are a bit late rescueing their partner, but better late then never :-D:

This is the jail corridor/dungeon. Will the forest men be ontime with the rescue??

A corridor on the next floor:

What a grandiose creation this is! Your hiatus was well worth the wait for this because this is looking great even though its still a Work In Progress. How much time have you spent on it so far?

Wonderful! The one thing I wish I could see is how the whole thing looks from the outside. How did you make the inside available? split down the middle? Can't wait for the folder to become public :-)

thanks all. :-)

@Mister Phes: I've been building at this MOC 3 times, so i guess you can say 3 days :-P

@Starwars4J: The MOC is kind of a headstock house (is this the right word??)...so nothing fancy there X-D

@Capn Kirk 911: Well a couple of months ago i didn't have any books. I almost everytime select a couple of them when i order something from bricklink....they aren't very expensive so i always put a couple in my cart and the total price isnt rising that much...and now i own quite a bit of books. :-)

The level of detail in your model is absolutely stunning! Great work with the 1x2 pieces used to give the walls inside the "maidensroom" that old and weary look.

Carry On!

Wonderful! *y*

All these fine details.... like the bed, the lamps, the windows, the floors....

The outer wall is beautiful, and that interior.... *wub*

Great work!

This is a very imaginative and highly detailed MOC of the best kind. Congrats! And I especially envy your interiors! ;-)

I was surprised to see the Fabuland table (I think that's the one Berry Syedow asks about) and the Harry Potter mirror. I would have never thought they'd be useful in a castle MOC.

but i can't believe that the guards on the top cannot see the men breaking out their friend

yes yes its unbelievable isn't it? I wondered about it myself too :-D, but they are forestmen afterall and are one with the forest and their sruroundings.... *wacko*

I don't like to comment on WIP MOCs but it is coming along nicely, the gold platter in the dungeon is interesting... ;-)

God Bless,

Well I built in the desert a MOC with no name,

It felt good to build out of the rain

In the desert you can remember your name'

'cause there ain't no one to give you no pain

This is looking very good so far, Tom. You've adding lots of nice little details throughout, and it looks very 'alive'. My favorite part is also the dungeon. I like how it looks like the walls are crumbling apart, and skeleton lunged at the door. :-D

I look forward to the finished product. :-)

About the windows: i used 2 of these http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=4151b pressed ontop of eachother, and blended them into the wall. Gives nice windows i think.

Thanks again for al replies guys. *sweet*
