Mark of Falworth Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Being one of the largest creatures ever to walk, or fly, the face of Roawia and carrying a Lenfel champion of great renown, the much older brother of the ill-fated Mindarus the Cunning seeks out the knight who slew his kin... I've had the idea for this guy in my head for awhile now. And I'm quite happy with how he turned out! Now I have to build a scene big enough to hold this guy. More pictures... Thanks for viewing and have a great day! Quote
Zaeley Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Beautiful! I love the wings! Especially that outstretched wing pose. Quote
SkaForHire Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Mark, your builds are always some of my favorite from LCC. Great work again! Fearsome beast here. I like the custom wings. Quote
Bighappysmiles Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 I really like the use of fabric in the wings, it looks really good! I think you should paint in red veins into the fabric to make it look cooler, though! I like the minifig rider, his helmet looks funny! Quote
ManInATopHat Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Beautiful my friend. Your level of skill amazes me. Keep up the great work! Quote
Bob De Quatre Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Mmm... it's a bit blocky... like if it was made of Lego bricks It's awesome. I'm not fan of the big pieces TLC produces like cavern troll, so a brickbuilt dragon like this one is really fantastic Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Remind me Night Fury! The head of this dragon is so beautiful, the fang works suprisingly well as eye. Lordofdragonss aproves :D Quote
Knight Solaire Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 I love brick built creatures and you've done a fantastic job. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 This looks great as a brick built monster. I really like the wings too, especially the outstretched pose. The tips flaring out really adds some spice to it all. Very inspiring, as all of your builds are. I really need to get to work on my own creature. I keep putting things in front of it. This may bring me out of my funk. Keep up the great work! Great SNOT use on the head. Quote
Infernum Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Wow! Great job Mark! I love the fig too! Great work on the head and wings! Can't wait to see it in a bigger MOC! Quote
