New Piece on the Droideka?

I hope it uses standard minifig grasp poles instead of technic axels.

I don't know if this particular piece topic has been resolved elsewhere, but it was in a 8925 barraki deepsea patrol at my local Walmart. The piece is all technic. a center pin slot and the three radial axle pins.
