Infernum Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Whoa! I love the scale! The tower is great and so is the rockwork! You've managed to fit in so much detail at a large scale! Great work! Quote
kibosh Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Wow. At first look, there is a lot to love here. I will have to spend some time examining this beautiful creation. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Love the dark colors in the landscape, gives a suitable mood to the scene Superb work on the tower and trees Any particular contest or convention this was built for? Quote
Deathleech Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Yes, I absolutely LOVE the colors you used here! It's a lot of darker neutral colors and really gives the feel of a dreary wooded mountain pass. Add to it the really bright blue and chrome contrasting knights and it makes for one amazing MOC. The scale is also HUGE and great! Quote
Mr_Malfoy Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Wow. This is a magnificent MOC. I doff my hat to you. The detailing is superb! Quote
Vader X Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Wow nice job indeed! I really like the random items placed in the landscape. Quote

harton Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Wow this is really stunning. Taking our times always pay! I really like the big arch, for me it seems to be an old dwarven mine. I do agree with you, that tower technique from Derfel Cadarn is always working and granted you an awesome effect. You also have a nice army. I wish to see more of your work. Keep on! Quote
mrcp6d Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 I absolutely love that round tower technique. Every time I see it I think to myself, "I need to buy a bunch of rounds and tiles and build one..." It looks really good with the surrounding landscape too! Quote
Im a brickmaster. Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Well, all I have to say is that is a extremely good MOC! A question tho, is that supposed to be the exit from Moria? It reminded my of it a bit.... Quote
The Undo Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 We've all seen a lots of amazing mocs and dioramas here, and this has to be one of the best ever. Such an epic and ispiring scene with lots of great details. Pure art. Quote

markus1984 Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 (edited) Thank`s again for the very great feedback!! @Im a brickmaster yeah, a little bit inspiration from the moria gate. @jeroenaa It`s a costume helm - i buy it on bricklink http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=ChromeBricks Edited April 8, 2013 by markus1984 Quote
Alfadas Posted April 8, 2013 Posted April 8, 2013 (edited) @Markus1984 Thanks, but it is a bit expensive, so I can't buy it , but looking at your pictures is cool too. If I want to buy helmets for all my castle figs, I spend €105.40 on helmets only. But thanks for taking time for me. Edited April 8, 2013 by jeroenaa Quote
markus1984 Posted April 8, 2013 Author Posted April 8, 2013 @jeroenaa unfortunately they are not very cheap I've just bought 100 pieces for my diorama - see the link http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=74844&hl=%2Bpeople%2C+%2Bfreedom+%2Bhonor%26%2333%3B+%2Bcastle+%2Bdiorama no problem greetings markus Quote
