Doctor from the LEGO City Helicopter Rescue

I checked on bricklink.com for the doctor minfigure from the City Helicopter Rescue, but I did not find anything from USA.

I don't know exactly what you are referring to, but generally speaking

1. Some sets are released in few countries first followed by others

2. There are no sellers willing to sell that figure yet.

It is pretty common, e.g. the dalmatian dog, white facet (only US based sellers when I last cheked a few days back). For a long time I did not find any LOTR or Superheroes figures in Poland or Germany.

I suspect people are holding onto them being it's a retailer exclusive set and he's an exclusive figure. And, despite his color discrepancies, a great looking fig.
