bmollema Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 This crane is a combintation of the base of the 8421 and the crane of 8053 only in red. The steering and driving and the boom extend and the boom up/down are remote controlled via M-motors, only the turntable is not controlled by a motor because of no room left. Alasdair Ryan Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Nice moc. If you changed the battery box for one of the small battery box's could you then have enough room to add power to the slew? Quote

dr_spock Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 Nice combination. Would it be possible to put the slewing motor in the cab of the truck? Quote
skylinedan Posted February 23, 2013 Posted February 23, 2013 (edited) I did this last year with Han's XL version, built the XL lower then built the 8053 with a longer boom. Come out pretty good, I have some pics, see if I can get them on here for you guys Dan Edited February 23, 2013 by skylinedan Quote
