Lego Junkie Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 I've always enjoyed seeing MOCs from the Harry Potter series, which there's a surprising lack of actually, so I decided to make my own version of the park scene from The Order of The Pheonix. Harry Potter, The Boy Who Lived. by Lego Junkie., on Flickr Partially inspired by Carson Hart's older work in the genre, and partly inspired by the LEGO Harry Potter game. While not completely accurate to the movie, I think it bears enough of a resemblance to be passable. Quote
Brickity Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Oh my my! This is excellent, the swings are genius. Great job Quote

brickboy12 Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Love this I want to do something like this you inspire me! Quote
KristofBD Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Very nice! The groundwork is the best - and I love the fact that it is not square. The swings are also very nice. Good job! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Looks great. Harry Potter is what got me back into LEGO in fall of 2010. So I love seeing MOCs of it. I have unfortunately not done as many as I had wanted to due to time and interest in other themes. I will agree, those swings are ingenius. But this does inspire me to get back on track and build scenes I want to see in LEGO form. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work. Quote
jimmynick Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 Very nice scene, Lego Junkie. The coke can strewn on the ground is good as are the swings (of course). Quote
Endeavour Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 This is great. The fifth book/film is one of my favorites. May i ask where those fence pieces are from? Quote
Purpearljellyblob Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 Very nice MOC, great swing design you've got there. Quote
