Site slowness - Is it just me?

Or is this forum loading really slow very often? Going a sub-forum or thread usually takes 5-10 seconds

I think it's just you. The forums are quite fast to me right now.

I'm no computer genius, but you might want to check your internet connection or even your computer for viruses or other things that are slowing you down.

It is also happening to me occasionally, and my internet is fine, all other sites I use, load really fast.

Forgot to mention that I've got a 5 Mbit connection and knows my way inside a computer

It seems faster these days than it was last year before the upgrades to me. It could always be faster though!

Sometimes it does take a few seconds to load. Also if you want to check what post other members are looking to (this can be seen at the bottom of a page of a thread), it sometimes need some time to load.

But it doesn't really bothers me :)

It took me less than 1-2 seconds to load a page on my mobile. As for my computer, depending on my wireless connection, it might load instantly or not load at all

Happens to me every so often, and then speeds up again after that page is loaded.

Same here, most of the time it is fine, but on occasion it just hangs for a minute or two before loading. Once it has loaded it is back to normal speedy service, it just seems to be random pages on occasion. I've opened new windows and loaded to same page to see and get the same, but then I can load other pages in the new window fine whilst the original is still hanging? It is not anything specific, seems to be totally random.

I've noticed it happen to me, but I have a lot of junk open atm.

But even then it's not 5 - 10 seconds. You may want to get that checked.
