Hail to thee, soldier!

Lo and behold! On the slopes of Mt. Mitgard the Wyrm Clan's Stronghold hath stood since olden days.

This is a MOC that I and my brother Sigolf Brimabane started today for the Mitgardia Guild. :)

Comments and critique are welcome.

Pretty good job on the dragon head. And also nice banners, because of the lack of flags. Keep it up!

Thanks :) Those shields work well too, since they have yellow and green (plus red, which is the inofficial colour of the clan).

I really love the dragon head! One suggestion - for the teeth along the top, you could use this piece

http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4081b

if you put the ring in place of the 1x1 round brick, then you could put 1x1 cones on the other end of the ring and have the same teeth along the top and bottom. If you faced the 1x1 plate portion of the piece inward, you wouldn't even see it.

Great start!

Thanks for the tip might test that and see how it looks... I actually came up with another way to fix the upper theeth, that I think works quite well using this part http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4274 to connect the 1x1 round brick to the spiky tips ^^

Anyhow the build has progressed quite far and we will soon be able to post the finished MOC... I suppose one posts it in both in the guild thread and the forum correct? And I read something about freebuilds giving points to the guild in challenges, how does that work (don't think we have enough bricks to build the three builds challenge VI requires... maybe the interior build but the last one kinda needs to be epic)?
