OoC: Felton should not have that high of SP, sorry, those stats are left over from Hans. I have rectified them, though they'll only come into play next turn, so really you've been lucky with that so far. He also technically shouldn't have had that mead, but I'm gifting that to you too. Also, I haven't been applying the Apprentice's passive specials, so those will come into play now too... sorry... ugh. You guys only check my following of the rules when it helps you out, don't you? :tongue:

Alexis, please work on apprentices, starting with C and D. Mandy should take Zander once more.

Cronk will bash Master A from back row. Then Cronk will heal Felton also from back row.

Phil, bash Apprentice B from back row and then if Phil is hastened, bash Apprentice D as well from back row.

Atramor rips Ratsbane furiously from the undead, but is only too late to assist Dyric. He glances sideways at the party.

"...I think we still have a shot at it. I think Nyx should revive Dyric, who'll use his Smelling Salts, and Thothwick can use his Smelling Salts on me. If me and Thothwick go first, we can soak up most of the free hits. Nyx could go at the bottom of the order, Poletad just above her, and continue trying to heal eachother. I can heal me, Thothwick, and Dyric if any of us get seriously injured. What do ya'll think?"

Thothwick stood with a look of stern concentration etched on his face. "Could I? Indeed, should I? ... To defeat Wren?"

Slowly, he extended his arm, to give Atramor his Smelling Salt. He then turned to face Recent Dead C, and proceed to attack her from the back row, with his Banana Sabre.

OoC: Is Zee the right one to attack? Or will Dyric be attacking her once he's up on his feet and taken the smelling salts?

Dyric should get an action after being revived.

Atramor ignored what seemed to be frustration on Thothwick's face, inhaling the Smelling Salts without a second thought. He darted right at Recent Deads A and B, hacking at them with Ratsbane from the back row.

"Atramor, I worry about using a Phoenix Essence when we have so few between us..." Nyx winces slightly as she thinks, and then continues "but we must at least try."

She sighs heavily, considering the future ramifications. She looks around... there's an awful lot of her blood on the floor; nearly too much...

"I cannot revive Dyric and heal either Poletad or myself. I'm not sure how long I can last, but if I fall - Thothwick please promise me you'll listen to Atramor despite your differences, and Atramor, look after this team, as I'm sure you will."

She realises this sounds like a swansong, and it's just not who she is. She is a fighter and she will damn well keep going until her last breath. She runs her fingers through her hair, fixing some loose strands here and there, and a determined look falls on her face.

"Atramor, you have managed to poison that Recent Dead D somehow, can you try again with some of the others? That would help us. Unfortunately we have lost the effects of a dragon scale and a smelling salts with Dyric's fall, but.. we need allies or we're doomed. Sweet Sir Poletad, I ask of you a great favour: to please heal me without any offer of healing in return. I'm sorry little frog, but I will be begging the fates for a miracle, and you should not be hit as Thothy and Atters will protect you. Boys, if you can keep me alive long enough, it'll only take me a couple of good hits to destroy this Zee when the time comes."

The heroes glance around. The four experts lay around, the last one with blood dripping down his face, an arrow in his forehead. The blood has started to wash away his face-paint... something the heroes hadn't even realized he had on. Below he looks a normal enough man.

Groaning continues from behind the counter, and Skrall glances over. Zane sits in a puddle of blood, but his eyes are still very much alive, and they flick around.

"But we must move quickly! The Court itself proves that even our ally's monitoring is far from perfect. We must seek out and protect our distant allies...if they are not already fallen. After all, if the Court was a distraction..."

While he waits for Skrall's decision, Arthur uses his Magnifying Glass to examine the Jester's Hat, and passes Atramor's Counterstrike Gloves to Hoke. "You've got better gear for it than I do at the moment," he says.
