Fintendo64 Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Whilst rooting through my lego box, I have found something very peculiar... Not one, but TWO Red Futuron minifigs with what appear to be molding errors on their backs. These must have gone unnoticed for many years, but it means they won't be able to survive long in space without oxygen packs. Anyway, they dont fit studs and I have no Idea how they appeared. Can any of you guys shed some light on this mystery? Quote
General Magma Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Are you sure it wasn't the attack of the space disks which planted themselves into the figures? I've never seen anything like this before... Quote
Scorpion Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 Is it just me or those... growths on the back of the minifigs look an awfull lot like those plastic buttons used in pajamas? Quote
Rocketbilly Posted October 19, 2012 Posted October 19, 2012 From what I understand, these figures were part of badges or something of that sort that were released some times ago. I'm not one hundred percent sure about what exactly they were for but the "error" is intentional. I seem to recall something similar with some Blacktron figures that were attached to badges before. TheLegoNinja Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 I beleive they are intentional, and they should fit onto a stud if im not mistaken Quote
Fintendo64 Posted October 20, 2012 Author Posted October 20, 2012 Thanks for the great replies guys! Rocketbilly, I'll have to look into the badges concept! Quote
DraikNova Posted October 20, 2012 Posted October 20, 2012 Weird. However, it does seem like one of those badge things as mentioned above. Quote
