There is no clear instruction image for the Sacramento but there was this rough one from Bricklink Than might help you.

Sadly there was no pictures of the Elmhurst building instructions but there is a inventory of parts.

I hate to resurrect the dead, but I'm also seeking the Sacramento-1 instructions. I'm surprised that there's no better images of the instructions. It looks a lot like the #4837, but has a unique look to it.
