Mark of Falworth Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Built for the Lego Landscape contest. It was most interesting building a scene with only landscaping in mind. As I usually fill my scenes with minifigs battling it out. More views on my Flickr Photostream and Mocpages Have a great day!! Quote

Well, I'm sure glad you gave the landscaping a try! It's beautiful. The trees are wonderful and I love the flowers, bushes, and shrubs on the ground. Quote
Wedge09 Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Fantastic work  I like a lot how you cover the ground with flowers, bushes, and shrubs :classic: Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted August 30, 2012 Governor Posted August 30, 2012 Mark of Falworth, you've certainly arrived at Eurobricks with some impressive MOCs! I was noting a lack of minifigs... And then I saw him - camouflaged amongst the foliage. No close-ups though? The splashes of red in the flowers make for a good contrast with all those greens. Nice touch! Quote

Ecclesiastes Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Mark of Falworth, you've certainly arrived..! And finally! Great seeing you also here, you are most welcome! Too bad you're allready a very busy builder amongst the LCC-builders because you would be most welcome in one of the guilds Quote
Redhead1982 Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 This looks great! Actually, having a 'Landscape building contest' is a great idea. Minifig battle would not fit in well into this peaceful landscape. You did a great job with the rocks, however, my favourite are the trees. The different tree designs really add to the versatility of flora. All in all, it's a great and inspiring combination of trees, rocks, bushes and flowers. Well done and good luck in the contest! Dr Rod Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 Very nice, good variety of techniques too. Dr Rod Quote
