Hi, I am looking for a part that has a hole for a pin joiner to do, the unimog wheel spindle and hub has one but it is blocked off by a regular hole, the technic panels have them but dont work for pin joiners but axle joiners, however they are too tight and jam too.

I could take the insides out of a whote lego 24tooth clutch gear but I need to be able to attach it to the car and the gear has no way of doing this.

Sorry but I find these kind's of posts funny.

the axle joiners will fit into this wheel.

The reason for this is if I just used an axle and normal hole the axle would just bend and even snap so I decided to use something to support it and have the support go through a bigger hole, but there does not seem to be many bricks around.

also note that I am supposed to be stacking springs over these many pin/axle connectors , the hole in the brick I'm looking for compresses these springs.

These springs are very long compared to standard lego spring assemblies.

What about joining some of these together to make it strong, then you can have your band's around it.

Wont the axle still bend, the springs are long so the axle needs to be long which makes it more prone to bending.

What will slide down the axle too in order to compress the spring?

For the gap between the round stopper plate and the round plate that pushes the spring down a normal axle on its own is not strong enough because it needs to be long.

Basically this means that those round plates you showed are moving sothe spring is kept intact and on the other side is the plate that pushes on the spring.
